Starbucks, Mission Viejo CA

Too many high schoolers swamping the place. I finally got my drink finished the whole thing (I was just sipping it) and it took another 16 minutes after I finished my coffee to get my breakfast sandwich. There has to be a better system!

The only issue I have about this location, and in my opinion it's a big issue, is that your mobile order drinks get stolen often! I get that they are probably annoyed with this occurrence as well, and being right near the high school I can only assume that is the cause of the issue. I get it happening once and a while but it has happened to us several times now and something needs to be done. It's annoying to have most of our order sitting there, warm and ready to go to find one was stolen and now having to wait for them to make another while my other items get cold. I don't think every starbucks needs to have someone working the mobile order checkout but if you have this problem constantly then they need someone watching the orders and handing them to people instead of letting anyone grab what they want. I've been to Starbucks that do that, at least ask for a name, but I don't know why this one can't do that.

The young man who took my order wasn’t polite, and he mumbled under his breath, I couldn’t understand a word he was saying. I asked for a cinnamon caramel cream cold brew and he looked at me like I was stupid - I ended up with a salted caramel cold brew instead. Not going back to this starbucks because of the rude service of that guy.

All the drinks for me perfectly. The breakfast Sandwich my fiancée ordered was perfect. They ran on my guitar bacon cheese so I got a double bacon which was pretty good.

Wow.so they have one bathroom and it is occupied. Waited then no toilet paper. Go next door to BofA when I come back, I was approached from behind the bar and loud enough for everyone to hear that I am not allowed to leave my laptop unattended because it is a "safety" issue. Wonder if that had anything to with be being middle eastern since I saw a bunch of people go in and out with their items left alone and no one saud anything to them. Fix your management and keep your single bathroom clean and with supply. Sad.

This particular location is pretty busy, not ideal for bringing your laptop and do some work. Servers are very polite and efficient. Madison is always cheerfull and nice. Coffe mixes are usually spot on. Great location to meet with friends but better to gran and go.
