Starbucks, Apple Valley CA

My absolute favorite Starbucks! The team there is awesome. Great customer service and super friendly!

Put in a mobile order, went to pick up my drinks (6-7), was not instructed that mobile orders are/were placed in the fridge (open to anyone/everyone), waited for a while, waited in a long line before finally being instructed where my (watery drinks) were. Fridge is located in the feont of the store, no lock, no code, just there for everyone/anyone to access, no notices, no notes. Horrible and a waste of money. Customer service needs help.

Ordered egg bites, bacon and cheese egg bites. My favorite. Did not disappoint. Protein, calorie controlled Egg bites are always my favorite. My niece had a tall non fat hot chocolate with whipped cream. She didn't even know she was having a non fat!

Ordered 4 vt drinks, all of them the coffee was burnt. Then the guy over the counter was being rude. Set the last drink on the counter walks away. Asked if it was ours he said Ya. Like he had no business being in "his" store.

It was a Saturday around 1: 30 pm and it was pretty quiet. A few customers in the lobby, no line, and the cashier was great. Pleasant, and helpful.

The outside parking lot is ALWAYS filthy, pressure wash that concrete or something, clean up the garbage around your spot.

I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. Turns out the menus changes up a bit the day before. But thankfully they gave me a new one that I preferred for no cost and had it out in 2 minutes. Thank you starbbzzz

Very frustrating. Ordered something and paid, after waiting they said they didn’t have ingredients and had to wait in line again for a refund. Wish they would have checked for ingredients before I paid

Even though the drive-thru backs up, they fulfill the orders quickly and are accurate as well.

Friendly staff, wifi, power outlets, outdoor seating. Pleasant place to get some work done.

Very pleasant employees. Check on their customers. Cleaning their work areas and stocking.
