Starbucks, San Jacinto CA

There are literal coffee beans in my drink. I am dumbfounded. Whether it was on purpose or not how did they not notice. Like this has never happened, I have been to this establishment multiple times and this is the first time this was occurred. I know I asked for a coffee but I didn’t mean literally coffee.

Frequent morning stop for me. Mobile orders are always perfect and service is friendly. Great way to start the day!

The drive through takes a long time. They have pretty good customer service at this location. I have only had one issue with a Barista’s service, other than that they all have good service.

Drinks are never made correctly. Focus more time tending to the drive thru than any other customers. They rush through drink orders and are wrong every time. Gave them many chances by switching to mobile order and order still is wrong or not ready. Seems to happen often because they are more time focused on drive thru. Save your time and go somewhere else.

All the personnel working in that Starbuck wore exceptionally friendly, which invites me to came back.

Honestly, I wish I could give this Starbucks less than 1 star. This Starbucks location is by far the worst location I have EVER been to.

This location is consistently slow & inaccurate with orders. The employees have no genuine will to work here & do not care if an order is wrong.

Every experience I have has been so horrible, I literally avoid this location at all costs now. I’ve never had a pleasant experience here. My drink is always wrong and the staff is ALWAYS rude & inconsiderate.

Do not go here if you want a good drink or kind face.

Stopped here on my way to SD. I placed a mobile order once I got there, the front main door was locked and they had a sign that said that due to staff shortage mobile orders needed to be picked up at the drive thru window. Yet they had the side door open and unlocked and ppl were still going in to place their orders yet mobile orders couldn't be picked up inside. What's the point of mobile orders then.

This Starbucks is consistently below par in drink preparation and service, and is often short-staffed (not the employees' fault but there's a problem somewhere). I have a neutral-negative experience 90% of my visits here, so I stopped going. I will drive an extra 10-15 minutes, despite this being the most convenient location for me, because of the consistently low quality at this location.

The girl Victoria is so rude and shouldn’t work there. I hope no one goes to this Starbucks again

It’s seem like all of the workers at this location seem to not know how to do their job! They can never get any order right! If you are in a rush or if you don’t have time to come back to this location to complain about your order I definitely do not recommend this location! Horrible!

Didn't purchase any drinks. I don't go very often, I did buy a bag of coffee and had them grind it. Was thinking of getting a blended matcha, but they were out.

Do not recommend. Their staff Vitoria has been seen harassing and contaminating a vendors merchandise along w several of her friends.

There’s a gem of a employee named Victoria who like to belittle hard working vendors. Stay away and shame on you.

Victoria is a racist that was belittling a food vendor.

This Starbucks is literally amazing like every single time they make my drink I’m pretty sure they make it with love because it just taste different, and I lowkey don’t even like Starbucks like that. Most times I regret getting Starbucks but every time at this location I’m like wow that actually was worth it. And how is every single person working the nicest person alive? My friend literally just said “I’m guzzling this rn”.
