Starbucks, Glendora CA

I met someone at this location for an OfferUp transaction. Since I was there, I decided to use some of the gift cards I've received. I placed an order for a sandwich and a drink. When my order was called, I realized my sandwich was missing. I asked about it and the employee seemed confused, but eventually found my order. It's worth mentioning that I was using crutches, so getting up from my seat wasn't easy. After a few minutes, I finally got my sandwich and sat down again. I took a bite and a sip to wash it down, only to realize that my drink was mostly ice. Seriously, Starbucks? I understand your "prestige pricing" strategy, but I should at least be able to enjoy my sandwich with the drink I ordered. Overall, it was not a good experience for me.

I had trouble figuring out mobile order and wound up completing the order at the window. It was one, tall flat white. The woman at the window made me go around and get back in the drive thru line. I should have left. It's also not convenient to get into the line from the entrance of the parking lot.

As a partner myself this place was amazing, visited from a different city in California to visit a friend! No lines, plenty of seating areas indoor and out, Clean bathrooms mens and womens, very friendly staff, and great atmosphere, parking was easy to find thankfully. Only small thing was they placed my mobile drinks behind the bag that contained our food in was facing the way for mobiles so i had no idea it was ready until i asked someone. Other than that amazing place!

Always clean, always nice staff.

The wifi can be hit and miss sometimes.but thats every coffee shop on the planet.
It's a Starbucks, they don't vary much.

I have stop by this Starbucks a few times with no problems. Today, had an unusual experience. It could have just be a mistake, but make sure you get your receipt. I went to the drive through and order. Drove up to the window. Paid with a debit card. Sometimes the cashier will ask if you want a receipt. He didn't ask, so I asked for the receipt. I just had a funny feeling. I got charged a 5 dollar tip. For a 5.75 drink. I asked him what was this. He said the card machine ask for tip. I told him the card machine didn't ask for a tip. How did I get charged 5 dollars. You can tell he was flustered. I decided to drop it since there was a long line behind me. Just want to let people know beware and get your receipt.

Staff was peppy. Was at the ER for weeks nearby so it was nice to hear an know they were consistent.

Nice reliable coffee shop. Always had great service and fast. Inside and outside seating.
