The store manager Melissa in the morning is amazing the environment and staff are the best and service is on point

Worst customer service! Rude, never get orders right, very slow. Don’t get your coffee her there is better service in other Starbucks. The staff is the worst from management to staff.

This was the worst salted caramel cold brew ever. Looked like it was made an hour ago with no separation and the whip was nasty. Also I know this place is not in the best area but other locations in worst areas still have tables inside and chairs to sit in. That just shows bad management at this location.

Service at this starbucks is terrible they take ur order whether it inside or thru drive thru then they ignore you they are not thoughtful and messed up my drink but i felt bad cause so many others behind me i did not get fix i refuse to go to this location after this experience multiple times

No Seating. Calm down Starbucks your coffee is no lie compared to everybody else's coffee, TRASH.

I visited this location with a friend, looking for a relaxing place to chat. Unfortunately, for some reason the seating area is still closed - in May '23 (obviously not ADA/Wheelchair friendly).

We ended up chatting in the car, parked just outside. Plenty of parking is available, but this part of Florin is often busy and usually loud. Less than ideal for a chat.

To be fair, our drinks were good and the drive-through only service was relatively quick.

If you're looking for a quick beverage, drive on through and leave likely happy.

If you're looking for a place to work or study, hangout or chat - this is not your spot.

Next time I feel like Starbucks, I'll try a different location and call ahead to ensure their seating area is open.

Service is bad. She addressed me with lack of enthusiasm and showed my lemon loaf in a bag without asking if it needs to be warmed up. The girl with ponytail looked like she doesn’t want to be there. She never smiled and showed lack of enthusiasm. Very disappointed with the service

Well I’ve tried this location before and it’s about one of the worst. Tonight I arrive at the door and it’s locked before closing, I’m directed to go through the drive thru. I get to the voice in the sign that tells me they have taken the last order 8: 02 pm. So Starbucks I went to i Tea for a yummy hot Milk Tee. My suggestion you do the same. SB is just too big to give a S.t anymore. Maybe I’ll give Bud Light a try when I get home …Just kidding!

There are doors to enter the building and a big empty space inside with no seating. What’s the point of going to Starbucks if you can’t go in, sit down and do some work or chat with friends. Hope this isn’t the direction Starbucks is heading.

I love Starbucks but this location was disappointing. The barista told my husband that someone had already picked up my order! I ordered on the app! I am annoyed bc now my husband had to wait for our order and she had an attitude about making it but it’s her fault for not checking receipts and making sure there is a proof of purchase. I won’t be ordering here at this specific location anymore.

Do not come here! No Dining tables no wifi and no bathroom open to the public, only for the employees. This is the far worst starbucks location ever. Some people like to sit dine and enjoy a cup of coffee. This starbucks location doesn't offer that service. Let this review resonate to people and then go to a different starbucks location.

Early to work? No matter how LONG the drive-thru is do NOT go inside. Drive thru seems to be priority. The wait inside no matter what day is way too long. I get it, but no. I like the customer service though it’s not over done. Everyone is chill, not happy but not mad. It works. Review is based on POS to receiving.

Worst customer service I've ever had! I think he was a supervisor his name is Andy, not only was he rude to his workers behind the counter it carried over to the customer side as well! I asked him a simple question since I wasn't familiar with the drinks and he was very snappy & short tempered, needless to say I left without ordering anything and I'll take my business to McDonalds!

No inside seating. I meet my elderly client here and she can not walk any further. The service was so bad already, now this. Unfortunately they prioritize drive thru over physical ones and as a result I had to ask for a refund after waiting 20 minutes for 1 drink.unfortunately they have a new manager, he was the one telling the girl making food make the drive thru tickets first. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been.
I went through the drive thru last week and the cashier/man, was not a welcoming person. He was being very short and was not being patient while I was ordering
