Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
11Barista seemed upset I asked for my order even though she was the one running behind, which I understood…but good customer service will always help you in those situations. Just a tip.
Why the hell is this place denying kids water? You dont deny ANY person water. ESPECIALLY when it is over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Order was incorrect. My name wasn’t taken and couldn’t be added.
Trainee was left to fend for herself!
They have covered all of the outlets with plastic covers - unable to do any work.
My pink drink was off, but the grilled cheese was fire
Interior design is small but adequate. The drive-thru line accommodates more vehicles than some of the others I have been to. Again, the baristas are friendly and professional.
Very poor customer service, if you are running the drive thru then you should probably pay attention when you ask what people want…. Having to repeat your order multiple times gets old fast! Also got my coffee covered in blue fingerprints…. Very sketchy.
Get yourself an early dose of Super Octane to jump start your day, now hit that express lane. Don't worry about it, there's no charge, that's right cause I guarantee by the time you finish that cup in this case my poison a Venti iced Carmel Macchiato with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and dont you forget to Line that cup with drizzled carmel, I assure you your going to feel like a rocket flying thru that express lane and breaking the sound barrier and if you reading this let me just say of the gate, nope I don't work at Starbucks but you know what treat yourself live and love life. LETS GOOO!
I only go to this Starbucks if absolutely necessary as I've had previous bad experiences. 1st, the parking/drive-thru situation is horrible, but I won't mark them off for that since they can't control it, but it makes for an extra long coffe run. 2nd both my mom and I have waited for our mobile orders only to find out the kids from a nearby school would often come in and take them, fine whatever, Starbucks was always willing to remake. 3rd, mobile orders are NEVER ready, I usually order 15 min in advance and still have to wait another 10 or 15 min. 4th it's really a 50/50 chance if they'll even be open at all, let alone their drive-thru or mobile ordering. 5th today (4/11/23) they apparently had an emergency and shut down the mobile orders even for those who already mobile ordered they weren't passing out drinks.but the drive thru was still open? So I guess I could've went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order but I didn't have time and that's not the point of mobile ordering. 6th this happens more often than not to infer that the staff just can't keep up which I understand, but feel like there needs to be a better system in place. I've been to plenty of different Starbucks, also near schools and they seem to handle the pressure much better and with better service delivery. I've also seen other Starbucks location that can't and I don't get upset if I have a and issue one of these locations because knew before going. This is more to let other people know so they also don't get upset at bad service. You've been warned.
I love Starbucks and this location is even more so because of the excellent customer service they are very kind and even more so with my granddaughter, she is 6 years old and almost every day she buys her sandwich and her Hot chocolate
Located on the corner of La Sierra Ave & Vista Terrace in the Ralph's shopping center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. I stopped by this late afternoon for a treat after a long work day. Today, I had an Iced White Chocolate Mocha and it tasted delicious. The gentleman working the drive-thru window was very friendly and efficient. Overall, I had a good experience at this location.
The people here are nice. The problem that I am having is that I got my sandwich right away and it took 20 minutes to get my coffee so now my sandwich is rock hard, cold, and inedible. A waste of not only time, which you expect, but money too. I have to buy more food somewhere else now.
