Starbucks, Ontario CA

Gave me wrong drink, went next day and they messed up same drink 3 times and she only kept saying " Im not the one who took your order" I'm not going back to this one.

Closed all day Sunday? Ive never heard of starbucks doing that but this is the worst location in the area

Supervisor was very rude as if he was tired of being at work. Did not input order correct. Food and drinks sat on side without us being ever hearing are name. Very disappointed in the service received. Spent 25.00 and left a tip for horrible service. So sad.

Went through the drive through and ordered a short, triple americano this morning. Not sure who I upset but it was filled past the top and began leaking. I asked for an additional cup which did not help. I had to stop just after pulling out of the drive through to empty some of the contents of the cup, but upon taking the lid off I was immediately burned despite keeping the cup perfectly level. I've never had this type of service here before, so there might be someone new adding hot water to the espresso, but either way the burns to my hands were painful and unnecessary.

If I'm around this Starbuck I always come here. Ash, Lucy and Brie are beautiful people to talk to. They are polite, respectful, helpful and the best of all is their smile. Excellent customer service I love it. Somebody else that I don't know yet is a worker named Mo. When I hear her greeting me in the intercom it makes feel VIP. I just love getting my Ice Caramel Macchiato here. They make it just right. Thank you

Great stuff. Always get free coffe. My friend works her. That is why he always get good tip.

Ate my sandwich while I waited another 20 minutes for my coffee. On person on mobile and in store orders. No one seems to move with urgency.
