Terrible customer service. Rude employees. Finding somewhere to go but whatever you do, don’t stop by this location.

Horrible drive through experience! I waited 40 minutes while all other cars pulled up and got their drinks. Some were even told to park and get off to get their drinks and about 3 cars after me got off and got their drinks. All meanwhile I was told to wait wait wait 40 damm minutes just to get my drink

Hot Tip: Do NOT order ahead to this location via the mobile app during any remotely popular times of day.

Counterintuitively you are more likely to end up waiting on your order behind other mobile orders versus just following through the drive thru line. This location gets hammered with mobile orders especially with school back in session so this tip was given by the drive thru person today after I was told to park and wait 15 minutes for my order. This was after ordering 10 minutes prior to arriving which typically is plenty of time for a breakfast sandwich and nitro cold brew which involves no recipe prep so clearly this location just has trouble keeping up.

Drive thru lane will often have a customer service person taking orders in the parking lot to move things along so this can help when ordering in person versus using the mobile app too.

Having been inside during crunch time, the staff is clearly maxed out and doing what they can so this just feels like a management and above level issue to address and resolve.

Would be nice if mobile app could give you some kind of feedback when ordering but again, that’s outside the scope of adjusting this location can control or influence.

So, hopefully sharing the above advice helps future fellow Starbucks travelers in how to navigate this location.

I also took notice that many prior negative reviews are directed to a Starbucks feedback link versus offering any visibility into what management may be doing to help alleviate these pain points. Hopefully management at this location is getting the resources they need to implement creative solutions! This place could be the best in the area if they were! Good luck and happy caffeinating! I think most Starbucks are the same, BUT this one has really friendly and positive individuals working, which makes it special. They make the drive thru line go REALLY fast. Yay.

Went to get one coffee and it took 4 employees more than 20 minutes for not even be working on the coffee, really bad service

I walk my dog to Starbucks. I love the cold Brews, and she loves the pup cup. They have a nice shaded patio.

I told the lady at the drive thru what i 2anted which was a Venti, Iced Mocha, with whipped cream on the bottom, extra caramel, and vanilla cold foam on top. Not only did she have an attitude my drink had no whipped cream on the bottom it taste like all espresso on the bottom. My drink was warm and I didn't like her customer service shes the worst! Would never go to this location again.

Worst Starbucks ever. 2 guys were working their beep off, making drinks and doing drive thru and there were 2 girls just chatting away at the register. Feel bad for the boys.

I got the pink drink yuck too sweet and tasted weird I threw it out I will not order again it was definitely not for me. I will stick to coffee thank you.

I wish I could rate a coffee from here but every time I come the line is super long and doesn’t move. I clocked 12 minutes and only moved one car length. Don’t come here if you have other things to do in your day. If want to be late somewhere then come get your coffee here and blame it on them.
