4The Barista his name was Saz, was very friendly and accommodating, always smiling very fast when I ordered my breakfast. Im here every day for my breakfast cause I work here in Thousand Oaks, # I highly recommend this Place and look for Saz Im giving him 10 stars or more️️️️️️️️️️
While waiting for our work shift to start, we Bay Area boys stopped here from our morning coffee. Unusual for a Starbucks, it was mother&daughterish version of a “Cheers” theme song environment. (The motherish cashier worked well together with the daughterish barista as if they were thought obviously not). They said hi to the regulars on a first name basis. It was a fun coffee shop experience to witness in an out-of-town experience.
I have never been so invisible in my life. You just stand there and they see you but they don't ever say anything to you and you just wait and wait politely and then eventually you give up and you say something
Every time I have a fasting blood test, after, I go here to get a latte Grande and a slice of lemon cake. And the whole staff is so nice and friendly.
