8Really need to fix the Wi-Fi. It never works when I’m at the store for the past few weeks.
Coffee blows and police over there are kooks! Towed my car for no reason after bought my coffee went to the park.people park overnight and no tow but mine 1000. $ all my paper was current even.they lied and said no parking after hours NOT EVEN TRUE MAN! NEVER GOING AGAIN
It's time I give this crew a shoutout. All of them. The guys and the girls. I'm there every day. Sometimes even twice a day. It didn't take long for them to become so engaging. They make small talk, jokes and even say hi to my little ones when they're with me. Drive thru is pretty efficient and they're great at order accuracy. It also didn't take them long to memorize my preferences.
Location is also beautiful and unique.

Staff was nice place was clean but they messed up my order and said it was my fault and would not replace it
This location has the best crew among all the locations I have been to. They are busy all the time, but the crew is calm, professional, efficient and they take customers requests seriously. The drinks are consistent, great taste. If I’m the manager, I will do my best to keep them.
Fast service, as always! I know people complain about the paper straws, bit i love that they are using less plastic

This Starbucks is close by my house but I will drive 10mins across town to the other Starbucks just because this one just simply does not follow instructions and are very rigid in terms of how they treat the customers, I have been hoping and praying for years that this place would get it together but so far it's still missing the mark. Management needs to learn from Frank the manager at the Starbucks on State College and Chapman, he runs a very well oiled machine in a store that's half the size but probably does double the business as they are ALWAYS busy!
