Starbucks, Sacramento CA

I’ve been to this location many times and have always been happy with the service!

The staff are all very nice and friendly and I’ve never had my order messed up!

Super quick with four drinks in a cup holder and a dog cup full of cream for my passenger. Woof.already to go by the time I got to the window it was only a second and I was gone

Right next to my gym, this location is critical to my caffeine needs.
The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
I gotta give a special shout to Annie for always remembering my preferred drink!

Wowwww there's a lot of one star in here. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

I want to give thanks to Barista Liz. She is awesome.

Everytime I come in she make feel at home. Always gets my drink right. And calls out my name when I walk in.

Thought I would treat myself. Poor, slow service. The coffee tasted like water with sugar. Best $6 I ever wasted!
UPDATE: MAY 27 2023 - Fool me twice shame on me lol I took a chance and went there again today and received even worse service and coffee than last time! At least they are consistent.unfortunately its consistently BAD.

Drove out of my way on a 8 hour drive. It's says they close at 10 here and at the store. It's 9: 15 on May 20th amd the doors are locked.

I've gone to previous Starbucks where I could ask for the leftover frap mix when they make my venti in another cup. This store would not do it. Idk if the people aren't trained or what.

One of my favorite places is this. It's more laid back than others nearby, and the staff is very friendly and sincere.

Never have anything great no passion fruit juice no dragon fruit juice big waste of freaking time!

Why did you put 10 pm in your schedule if you are open till 7? Drive 30 min for closed doors

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I go to Starbucks everyday and this is the closest one to my house but I avoid going here because they ALWAYS mess up my drink. I never get a good drink when I come here, I always try to give it a try here & there because maybe they’ll get it right but nope. I come and end up waisting $6 Everytime.

Nothing wrong with the coffee but the fact that they close so early it's a huge turn off.
I understand that they all want to go home but there's other locations that are still open.

Went for the first time, drive through worker seemed like they were having a bad day. A bit rude over nothing. Looks like I wasn't missing out on anything with service like that. And they wanted a tip?

Went Drive thru, barista was very polite.
Management: I was unable 2 leave a tip with my cc. Disservice 2 your customers & 2 your baristas.

I went through the drive thru today and the cashier, Kayla is not a welcoming person. She was being very rude and was not being patient while I was ordering.
