11When i customized and paid for the order, barista please do not custome it in your way follow the order instructions it was not a very complicated rocket science it was only about scoope count if you are able to count 1 to 10 that simple! Or your boss did not advise you to follow customer request! Its annoying! I
Nice remodel. The only thing is they took out some seating, when in fact they should have added more.
And now attention: in a place where people come to work on a laptop, study or research something, WI-FI DOES NOT WORK. I couldn’t connect by mobile network, because bad service in that area.the staff said the network was overloaded, sorry.but inside there was not even 1/3 of the space filled. Why do you just turn a blind eye to this and don’t solve it? Your sales come only from the brand, but the service becomes HORRIBLE.
Amazing service, barista was amazing and did a lot just to get more whipped cream, he made sure to use almond milk instead of normal milk for an order that asked for almond milk, just an amazing employee
It was before closing, but our drinks were wrong. We just took it and chalked it up to, "folks are tired" and want to go home
They make latte's and cappuccinos as if they're the same drink. Too much milk in their cappuccino even after I ordered it "EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA dry almost no milk". Need more "coffee knowledge" there management
The starbucks is gently decent and don't know why. It's always dirty from the night before when I get in. This isn't the first time. I always have To ask for the table to be cleaned and still have to wipe the table behind them with a napkin because its so wet it'll take more than 5 minutes to dry. The opening manager get lousy. She gets to opening the door and a minute late and doesn't open, greet, or anything in the morning. No hi, nothing. Just a mundune respect. I have only witnessed customer service like so everywhere else. If that's not how we get along here. Why not go along somewhere else. They're normally nice at these establishments and if the brush is kept, Starbucks loses it's bubbly culture. Other things as well but I won't be responsible for petty little notices. This morning I felt ruded and didn't even want to buy anything anymore when I went it. How you were.
Had a cold brew for my afternoon pick me up. I was extremely sleepy and tired. Coffee helps, but it can never replace actual good sleep.
Plenty of elbow room in this Starbucks. Big place. Good thing too, because they were super busy when I went through. Good service and the food came out really quickly. Bacon gouda sandwich tasted as good as they always do. Green tea frappuccino was awesome. Place also has a pretty big patio so, if it's not blazing hot out, that's a plus.
New kid was nice but messed up my order and when I had to ask if my drink could be re made the girl on the bar made me feel like it was my fault, little things like that can ruin the experience but oh well
Sadly the quality of the drinks have gone down. When I purchased my mango dragonfruit it had no flavor at all, I felt like I was just drinking water that was colored. Same with the Java chip frap that I ordered, no flavor. Purchased in Porter Ranch, CA.
