What's wrong in this country when major chains refuse to accept a $50 bill knowing darn well they have enough change in the drawer to break it. Smh

The morning shift always forgets things from my order or always gets my order wrong. I mean how to is it to do the bare minimum of your job? I don't even get straws for my drink or the lid of my drink isn't closed correctly. Worst starbucks I've ever been to & ordered from really. I suggest go to the one at Prosperity.

Ordered three drinks: tall mocha frap double blended/extra sweet, tall hot decaf vanilla latte w/non-fat milk, tall hot decaf pumpkin latte w/non-fat milk & no whipped cream. We were the only car in the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. The real irritant? Both hot drinks were only half full of coffee, the other half was foam. For paying almost $5 per cup, where the hell is the rest of the coffee? I’m not paying that much for a cup of foam.

Driving West to East Coast is a great place to stop.

I've been doing Starbucks since 2007. All over the western US. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The girl at the counter was in a bad mood from the get go. She should have stayed home today.

I would have gave a 5 star review but i had one problem. The barista that we ordered from didn't even give us the correct drink, it was originally a custom drink that was a chai latte but we said double blended so she was being nice and asked if we wanted a frappe instead since it was double blended and we said yes. She gave us a latte.girl why even ask if your just going to give us a non double blended drink right after you made sure. But anyways, THIS PLACE IS MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS BY FAR! The Carmel Ribbon Crunch is my favorite drink, i have always got it in other Starbucks but something about this Starbucks just omg blew my tastebuds right off! The double whipped, extra caramel, the coffee is just so good, like the coffee in the frappe's in other Starbucks you cant even taste but this right here was so good. I recommend this Starbucks but if you want a custom drink maybe not this place, lowkey rude.

I was very upset that there hours are a complete joke. And they are very rude especially to Christians.

The music is SO LOUD!
Impossible to hear phone conversations, across the table conversations or TikTok's

. Add the team shouting to each other because the music is SO LOUD!

Went this morning and the barista taking my order was rushing me. Line was pretty empty. I had asked for an Iced brown sugar oat milk latte and was given something else, drink was disgusting. It was like I was given a bag full of brown sugar. I have ordered this drink before and it was no where near what I have tasted before. I then go to pay and the girl barista is over there making faces bothered taking orders through the head piece. She shouldn’t be working there if as simple as taking orders she’s going to be getting bothered. She had very short blond hair in a ponytail. Wasn’t able to see her name. Was on my way to work so I couldn’t go back.all three coffees that were ordered were dumped from how disgusting they were.

I am giving them a 5 not only because they were really fast and clean but most importantly because how friendly and welcoming they were, just great customer service!:)

Disappointed again Never have any Whip cream it's melted I pay $6+ I want the item as pictured and promised, Very Over it plus Service sucks sour

The parking lot layout is horrible. I order the same exact drink every time and very few times it tastes the way it should. The sweet cream foam doesn't taste sweet a lot of the times only a couple of the baristas have made it delicious

My wife is the coffee drinker in the family but she's never disappointed when she gets her cup at this location.

Came in on a pretty busy morning. Staff was super nice and you can tell they’re on their A game. While waiting for my order. This sweet wonderful lady asked me if I’d like to try an espresso con panna. Espresso with some whipped cream. Even tho it was busy she was able to quickly make that. And wow this Starbucks is amazing. Keep up the good work! I’m Deff coming back

Had the doors locked so wasn’t able to pick my order up inside got out of line thinking I could go inside because they still had their sign outside. Had to get back in line and when I tried to call the store their phone just had a busy tone, this was at 730 and they close at 9 so I’m not understanding.

I'm a daily visitor and I love the staff at this store. Pammi, Dennis, Jennie, Melody and Brandon you all are the best, thank you for always making me smile when I come in!
