Starbucks, Visalia CA

The people who work are very nice— but it’s unfortunate that every time I am craving a refresher & take the kids through the drive through — they get the drinks wrong and on top of that when I ask for light ice on all the drinks they are 3/4 filled up with ice.

This Starbucks sux always have bad customer service and they never check their expiration date on milks they have given bad milk twice and never stock up was out of almond milk for the people who can’t have whole milk absolutely suck here would recommend a different Starbucks! They suck

Their customer service is soo good:) i remember my first 3 days going their and after 3 days they remembered my name til this day i still go their and their drinks are so amazing.i highly recommend! Especially the morning workers! My favorite people in the world!

The staff at this store inattentive to myself I stood at the register for 5 minutes without a staff member asking to help me, so I just ordered on the app and sat down. Not there greatest moment

I went to Starbucks today and they forgot my cookie and then got the drinks wrong it doesn't taste good.

Last oct when I was homeless it was a wonderful early morning oasis. I stood at the counter waiting for four people to fill drive through orders first. Crumbs on big table no chairs brought outside yet. But today downtown Starbucks very nice staff. Just right with my dripped coffee and refill. Mary's vineyard poured so much milk and then cream in I wondered if she'd ever drank a simple hot drip coffee.

Love coming through and getting a French vanilla coffee supper fast service and nice employees

Slowest service ever! I waited approximately 20 minutes for coffee! I will not be returning to this location.

Friendly and efficient staff! The store has an odd layout but works well if you are solo. The parking lot was congested due to the drive through line, but in our short visit to Visalia it seemed like all the parking lots are laid out on odd angles with unanticipated choke points.

The one drink I wanted wasn't available because the ingredients for it apparently aren't being delivered to them. I only go there this time of year because of their peppermint drink. But at least they did have a very good caramel drink, so I got that instead.

Associate evan should be recognized for his amazing costumer service.has made all of my visits to this location very enjoyable!

I live close to this Starbucks but there always unprepared and unorganized so I go to the one on main or Farmersville. Bad management is back

Worst Starbucks in Visalia, drinks are always inconsistent. They get confused with sweet cream cold foam and sweet cream.
The Starbucks on Mooney by inshape is the best one by far! Avoid this place at all costs, terrible!

I come here a lot because I do my laundry close by & since I've been going to this store I've had so many issues with not just my simple drinks but with customer service as well. I've called corporate I've spoke to a manager etc.for awhile now it seems they've got it a little bit better even though the store is dirty and with all the baristas they have I do not understand at all why any table nor floor should be looking the way it does every Sunday but we've thought maybe it is just our luck? Okay well the point is the place looked like it was getting better but last night once again my drink was not done right & they also added a powder that we think might have been cinnamon. Why would a barista add something that the costumer did not ask for? What if we were allergic to that product? We already had them remake our drink once & still had to go through drive thru a second time to have them remake it a 3rd time. We understand mistakes are made that's fine however it's done way way too often at this location. I don't know if they just do not value their customers here or what but somethings gotta give.

All the baristas here are so sweet and very reassuring when you’ve been waiting a bit. It’s my favorite place to go when I want a coffee, never disappoints.

I have been sitting in this drive through for 40 minutes and counting. With at least 7+ employees working, and an empty parking lot, please tell me why it’s taking this long? Sheesh.

My FAVORITE Starbucks to go to. Amazing customer service. They all have amazing customer service but I just want to shout out Jorge is just absolutely amazing. I feel he goes above and beyond for his guest. No matter if it’s super packed, empty, or late, he’s super kind and patient. He’s such an great employee. This Starbucks has such great service.
