Starbucks, Antioch CA

This was my favorite Starbucks. The manager of this place feels like the owner of it. I was just asking for a remake, he said they couldn't give it to me because I didn't call. Of course I called and they never answered. I showed him my phone so he could look at the calls I made that day. And she just made fun of me and charged me. Apart from the fact that it was being secreted with other people who think they own Starbucks just because they work there.change the owners please don't!

First time here at this drive thru. I missed the order window. When I got to the pickup window, she graciously let me order with her.

Evertime I order the Carmel Ribbon Crunch, I ask for it to be double blended with extra crunch. It never happens! How hard is it to get it right?

I did a mobile Starbucks and I was waiting for 15 minutes or more when I finally asked if my order was coming out and it turns out wrong location. You know I’m sure as a customer service person you’re taught if you see someone has been waiting for while you should acknowledge them and ask. So I got to the other Starbucks and my bagel was cold and stale.

I placed a order at 9: 30 they lost the ticket I go back in at 10am to the rudest workers. Christina asked me to repeat my order multiple times very rudely. I asked her to print the recriot after repeating my order. After saying I would report to corporate I began being treated semi better. Jennifer also was awful.

This is what u get for $5.95 a cup of ice didn't even leave the drive thru and it was gone. Water down coffee and it took for ever. I can buy a bag of ice for that price

Always under some construction and closed! Not to mention the drive thru is jit and miss with customer service

Drive thru is extremely slow! Don't bother if your rushing! They need to hire more staff this is ridiculous!

Store hours posted say 5: 30 and they aren't open. This always happen and have to drink ampm coffee before work.

Not open by hours posted. Drive through closed at 5: 30 and they told me they're only taking mobile orders.

Was greeted and had an excellent customer service from Emily, even if it was a busy period.

Drive Thru employees were rude. 02/06/23 around 2: 40 pm My mother and I were in the drive thru trying to give them our order. They were Goofing around, laughing and we had to keep repeating what we said. Then they had the audacity to cop an attitude with us and started speaking to us in a rude tone. We’ve been there plenty of times and never had to deal with anything like that. Have better customer service. Thanks.

I like the way the company hires different realms of people. It makes a person feel welcomed.
