Starbucks, Downey CA

Great speed and service from the staff, consistently throughout the day. Never had an issue here.

These Starbucks employees have a nasty attitude if you dont tip them they make you feel guilty, times are hard and you cant tip every time you buy coffee.the manager from this location florence and paramount needs to have a talk with there employees its unacceptable to behave that way towards your customers.

It was a lovely way to start Christmas morning. Very friendly hard working staff. Delicious white chocolate mocha.

This particular Starbucks is usually pretty busy however I came at a time where that was not the case. Service was quick and friendly and my drink was perfect.

This was only my second time to this Starbucks, but you can tell this is the best managed store south of LA. Amazing team, and victor, the shift manager lead the team to be very high performing

This Starbucks is as good as it gets! The only negative thing about this place is because it's in a little shopping district; parking is a nightmare and driver thru is crowded

Drinks are weak. No Flavor and watered down coffee & cold Brews. I've tried this location multiple times. I've visited other Starbucks locations, and the drinks are way better in every way. It's like night and day.

This Starbucks never have nothing mocha cookie crumble, without cookie? Seriously?
Rainbow crunch without the crunch? At the end the sale what they want and not what you want.

Always a good day getting Starbucks. Cramped drive through area but they have someone taking orders and the line goes quick. Knowledgeable staff who could suggest new flavors of coffee, new items to try. Great place! Love their egg bites!

So it took from 8: 15 - 8: 41 to get in and out of this place.and the worst part is that if u get off to go inside they make the people inside wait longer just so that the drive thru wait time doesn't exceed the company's expectations.but in reality there needs to be another Starbucks built close by since this store obviously can't keep up with demand

Too slow in driveway. Ordered dark roast black coffee but it's nt that hot. May be not fresh made.

This Starbucks is located in a tight corner and busy intersection. On a 70°+ day expect things like dragon fruit, strawberry açai refresher and such to sell out quickly. Overall nice staff though, relatively new store so the building is still looking good.

Horrible coffee. Im pretty sure they used fountain water not purified water it taste horrible. It is even possible to make a coffee wrong.

This morning we passed and the lady that helped us out was so nice. Her energy was amazing.

This location is typically very busy, and service is usually slow. I usually wait 10-15 minutes for a simple iced coffee. Placing an order online is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s ready when I arrive, most times it isn’t.
