8 I went here for a quick Chai tea latte run. It's a cozy place with plenty of parking spaces in a commercial lot where there are several medical offices. It's along Jefferson so it can get busy during rush hour.
The staff is limited so service can be a little slow.
SLOW. Waited nearly half hour for my coffee. Don't go near the place durning the lunch crush.
Pamela is the worst employee there she’s always so rude to customers and even her coworkers. I’ve been coming here for months and every time it’s been a bad experience because of her
Something needs to be done about her because I will not stand there and watch her degrade anyone who walks in her path
I’m not sure who the management is but they need to change
Normally I would hate to leave bad reviews but time and time again I’ve seen this unremarkable behavior going on with her and this place would be so much better
April 2023: I stopped here to get coffee and wait until I had to go meet someone. Service was great, especially when they compensated me after they found out that they did not have the food item I ordered. Friendly atmosphere with everyone. Food and coffee are nothing special since you can get everything at other Starbucks. They finally started taking pre-orders from the Starbucks app, which is more convenient when time is short. I'll come back when it's convenient.
September 2023 update: Came back here to pick up a mobile order. They were out of some of the food items, which I had to ask about. One server tried to compensate me for the sold out food items with other items, but we found out that the items were refunded. Although I couldn't verify at that time. I had to reorder on the spot. They also messed up my trenta cream cold brew drink, which I had to ask for three times until it was fixed. The overall visit took almost 30 minutes until we got everything I ordered. The food and drinks are still average and nothing special. The place is clean.
Drinks are good but it is by far the slowest service at any Starbucks that I’ve been to. The drive through is for fast service, not parking for a movie.
This Starbucks will take a tad bit longer than usual to get what you want. This isn’t their fault. The demand is high on base. Besides that, the facility is clean and the employees are focused and professional. My orders have always come out accurate and the food is typical Starbucks quality. Sadly one of the biggest downsides to this specific Starbucks is not being able to utilize any of the app features. You can’t order over mobile and you can’t get you’re Starbucks points in the drive thru. At least that’s how it was for my last visit.
This Starbucks charges MORE for the same product than the regular Starbucks out in town. They are up charging service members on a base many call their home. You’re better off getting your food and coffee from McDonalds.
Waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes only to discover they where out on ingredients. Then waited in line for another 10 minutes just to leave because I was stuck behind other customers. They are too lazy to put a sign up BEFORE the drive thru letting customers know they are out of certain items.
