Starbucks, Rancho Cordova CA

I have come here multiple times and I have left disappointed each time. After this most recent visit, I have had enough and I think it is time to give them a proper review.

Besides the common problems of slow service and workers that don’t know what they are doing. There biggest issue is customer service. The amount of disrespect I have received from the staff is appalling.

I got handed multiple drinks and they were the wrong order. I gave them back and they gave me the right order with the lid half on and practically threw it at me. It proceeded to spill all over my shirt and interior of my car. When I looked to the worker for support or napkins to clean the mess. She started to laugh at me and slammed the window.

All I did was ask for the right order…. This is ridiculous. Drive to the Starbucks by Costco or by Lowes. I’ll never be coming to this one again.

Ordered a grande pikes place 2 creams 2 sugars it was not busy and I waited 10 minutes after I paid and still no coffee so I got a refund and left. Got me for my dollar tip. Would never recommend this place, they couldn't do the most basic thing.

The last few times I've been here, the staff has gotten drinks wrong consistently. & They have NO hospitality when trying to fix it either. Absent minded staff with poor attitudes and poor customer service lead to a negative overall experience. Do NOT come here, you will leave with a poorer mood then when you arrived. I recommend you make the effort to drive to the Starbucks by Costco on sunrise instead.

UPDATE:
Tried coming here again for a hot and cold drink to test out if they would come out right and. Nope! My grande iced drink was completely filled with ice, it was practically the serving of a tall. My tall hot drink was half way filled with nothing but foam trying to cover the rest. The total? $11-12. A literal joke. Every Starbucks has a cue card of how every single drink is made. The fact that none of the baristas seem to know how to follow these, even as it's SPELLED OUT for you, is beyond me.

No food ordered, and atmosphere doesn't apply to the drive-through. The drinks that needed to be cold were cold and the hot ones hot. Our barista was awesome as well.

I visited this place couple of time and staff is highly efficent and professional except one snobby person. It is not crowded and i enjoyed my breakfast while finishing some tasks on my laptop. The public wifi system has high download speed ~ 500 Mbps which makes it easy to work and enjoy morning coffee.

The Starbucks #49389 is definitely the best Starbucks in all of California.when I go in always greeted with a hello welcome in. My Barista Brittany knows exactly what I want & even hand delivers it to me. This place Rocks & all the other ones should pay attention.

Starbucks Store 49389 is like no other in California. I have been to all of them & no one compares to this one. Ever since Heba started running this place it runs like a fine tuned sewing machine. Tanya needs a raise & a Promotion she is friendly & knows how to treat customers. Always knows my drink. Again all other Starbucks pay attention to the teacher! This Buckys Rocks

Really good service and they were fast at doing are order. And the employees were very nice.

They do everything right. And one time my friend bumped my coffee drink on the floor and they came and cleaned it up. I tried to ask if I can help but they didn't want me to help. Great workers. Great service.

Good location and quite spacious
Has a patio seating, good for warmer weather.
Wait time is ridiculous, very slow i don’t understand.

This Starbucks location always seems to be out of something. The drinks also taste a little off.

The Douglas and sunrise location staff is always friendly and fast. Their location is always clean and pleasant.
