Starbucks, Winnetka CA

Server at the window needs to have less of an attitude. They put our chocolate cake pop right next to the hot sandwich I ordered, melting half of the cake pop. And then she got an attitude with me when I asked her for a new one because it was melted.

They close before the time they should. Been at the drive tru for 5 minutes and nobody answered. Went to the door to ask and the say are closed it 10 50 pm

First - Hung, the guy there early mornings, is an absolute delight. Always has an upbeat attitude (without being too much that early), and asks all the right questions to make sure you get what you want. Never fails to put a smile on my face.

This spot is right next to my girl's place, so I'm there a lot (don't love using her bathroom, plus, coffee and stuff). Never had a bad experience.

Important: There IS a drive through, and I think it's drive through only after a certain hour - I've had the inside be locked when it got closer to closing time.

I came 3 times a day for 7 days. The team that works there is fantastic and very caring. Excellent experience. I recommand it.

I have been here several times and the team is very friendly and professional.
Whether at the drive thru or on site, always just as well served!

The manager went out of her way to make sure we were good. It's the little things I really appreciate.

Went around 10pm and they were closed. Did not make sense because there was a car in front of me and they took his order? But when I got to the window the girl said they were closed. Ended up going to another one where they were a lot nicer. Manager definitely needs to start checking what time their employees close because it’s definitely not at 11pm.

No plug for your laptop, dirty tables, no napkins, and one star to all Starbucks for asking for tips! Why do we need to pay tips for coffee!?

I get my same frappe every time and I don’t know why every-time I go to this Starbucks it tastes different in a bad way and there Coustomar service sucks.

Ok skeptical at first, I mean olive oil and coffee but honestly mind blown with oleato latte. The flavors are so smooth with a subtle richness from the olive oil. I don't drink coffee but I think I have found my gateway drug.

I been a regular at this location for quite some time and i still am.i always get my venti cold brew with 3 sugars and half and half and its perfect all the time. But the best about this location is the vibe, the workers and managers are friendly and kind.i see them as my starbucks fam. Best starbucks in the valley.

ELENA and JENNA are really so good at customer service. In fact the whole staff are awesome in speed and service despite of the fact yes are are busy but very efficient at making great coffee and served with friendliness and big smiles. Ty. DON

Got my usual.the mocha frappe w special instructions of extra caramel! They asked me very specifically if I wanted caramel drizzle on top or caramel poured inside the cup. I chose both and they made it correctly. Also drive thru was fast

I come here around night hrs.
Mostly around 8pm-9pm. There are 2 specific girls that always work around this hr, and every time I come to order, they always get my order wrong and make the drinks wrong as well. I repeatedly will tell them what I want before they make it. And I swear they will make about 4 different drinks and let me keep them as a waste. They'll get the size wrong, the flavors wrongs, and also have me repeat myself what I actually want, like if they don't get the training on how to make Starbucks drinks. They will also look like they're high on weed that they actually keep asking & forget what the order is to make. Starbucks needs to stop leaving young adults without supervision because this is the only location that will make your drinks wrong.
And it has happened more then 3 times.
