The loyalty program is in shambles! You have both reduced the value of the stars and increased the cost of your products while reducing the number of stars rewarded for purchases. The level of service has decreased by an order of magnitude and the store hours are arbitrarily decreased for the convenience of store personnel, even after we are seated to consume our beverages and without any prior notice. In addition, the stores are not as clean as they used to be. We have to take extra paper napkins to try to clean the mess left by the last party to be seated there because the employees tell us they don't have time to clean tables.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any coffee shop - actually with any people in the service industry. This morning I placed a mobile order and the doors were locked at 8am. The barista wouldn’t allow anyone inside and wanted all mobile orders to go through the drive through. Multiple people we’re waiting outside to receive their order. The woman would roll her eyes and after knocking multiple times she opened the door enough to yell “mobile order or drive through! ” and pointed to the drive through. I said mobile order and she locked the door on my face to get my mobile order, opened the door to give me my order, and locked it again. Absolutely ridiculous service - I’ll never go to this Starbucks again.

This afternoon for my lunch meal at 12 p.m. I ordered one Grilled Toasted Cheese Sandwich made with Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese. The price was also $3.65. One Frozen Fruit Acai Strawberry and Lemonade Summer Drink. The price was $3.65. For my dessert, I ordered the one Pepita Pumpkin Bread the price was $3.65. I paid the $2.00 tip for Cato this barista who I placed my order with at the cash register on Friday, July 28,2023.
Everything I had to eat and drink today was very delicious and I received fast customer service from Cato.

Got my drinks wrong. Wanted ice Caramel Macchiato got hot. I realize it was busy and loud but maybe someone should pass out correct drinks.

And if you don't mind paying $1 extra I would say get no ice, because they literally put to much ice even when you ask got light ice

I don't know what's going on, but when I've wanted to buy a frappuccino, caramel machiatto in the last three weeks, it sometimes reports that they don't have those drinks in the store.
