I ordered using the app, still they missed to deliver 1 out of 3 items. We had to wait and ask the barista 2 times for the 3rd cup. The view of union square from the table is magnificent
Staff is nice but homeless people are coming inside and smoking crack out of cans. They use the lobby as their treasure chest of garbage sifting and a den for smoking crack on windy days. Check the video cameras, they will tell the truth.
Great view of Union Square from my window set in the Union Square Starbucks on the 4th floor of Macy’s. The female barista did it all, providing service at the register and making sure her coworkers stayed on target with the orders.
This is Starbucks on the 4th floor of Macy's Department Store. The store here is not large, but the view is amazing. You can drink coffee while looking at Union Square. ^^
It's a Starbucks but I'm a little Disappointed they didn't allow inside seating. But it's in the tenderloin so I understand
Can get crowded with long queue & waiting time. Extremely limited seating capacity. Good service just as any other Starbucks. Good for a quick grab after Union Square activities.
WORST STARBUCKS EVER! I am a big Starbucks fan and get it about 3 times a week. But this was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. First they got my order wrong. And when I seen them making it I was going to let it pass. Then when the person finished making my drink they dropped it, dropping half the whip crème. Then just looked at it. Didn’t apologize or anything. So rude.
