Starbucks, Fresno CA

Hands down this is the best starbucks location I've ever gone to. I'm in here daily and every employee is friendly and Michelle makes the best Iced Americano. Thanks Michelle and team, you guys are awesome.

Max was awesome she’s is a total rockstar she was by herself and was still managing to get everything done super fast and with a smile all the time

I hardly ever leave bad reviews, I am not that type of person, but I am not even sure how the lady at the counter got a job. I love Starbucks. I go almost everyday. This location is a joke; I had to run in here last minute today for groceries and wanted a drink on the way out. The lady with the long brownish red hair was too busy conversing with another worker at the store to acknowledge I was there. Keep in mind I was the only one in line… I waited almost 8 minutes to give her some time before I decided to walk out. There was another man there but it looked like she was supposed to be training him; I honestly feel bad for the guy. Seriously, get another job lady. Luckily, there was a Starbucks across the street on Clovis & Inyo that’s much for time efficient not to mention the workers are more friendly too.

Very friendly service. I appreciate the pour-over they are willing to do after they stop brewing their dark roast. I don't mind waiting for it. Many times it is ready by the time I reach the pick-up window. They are a very busy location. Always worth the patients.

Yesterday morning I was the only one in line the lady who had a long order was trying to figure out how to pay with her app she told the cashier let her order and I pay but cashier refused. I told her I just want one reg coffee since I was on the clock and I had my $3 ready. She made me wait 10 more mins and then deliberately asking the same questions and the other girl prolonging the pouring my coffee to just to make me more agitated. These people are incompetent and don't know nothing about servicing others.
You can go to hell with your shop

The worst Starbucks this is the 3th time I come here they never have anything we ask, the attitude of the workers is the worst they just should close it, never coming back.

Well sometimes its very much busy but anyhow some of staff members are really great with their beautiful smiles. I like this place

I love that I can just order my drink and walk right up and it's ready to go.thanks to my husband for adding money to my app on my phone.so I never pay
