Starbucks, Chatsworth CA

The area is pretty sizeable. Quite but with a good view. Long drive thru line but spacious interior. Walking in you have restrooms to your right but they didn't seem available, maybe they have a key if you need to use it. To the left of the entrance there is the order line where you can find other store products (tumblers & coffee). The people here seemed polite but busy. They serve the same great quality you can find at any other starbucks location with a proper team.

Everything at this location is wonderful. Except the handicap spots in front. People think that because they are going in for a quick pickup they can just park there. I’m a disabled veteran injured in Iraq… I have not once been able to park in one of these spots because they are constantly taken by someone without a placard.

This locations management or the local PD need to start issuing tickets.

They wasted my time. I asked for 2 boxes of coffee. They told me 15 minutes after the 20. It tells me that they don't have boxes to put the

Went in to buy a drink at 9: 30pm. I was told they were closed even though they were supposed to close at 10: 00pm. They said they were having plumbing problems, so they had to close early. Yet, a customer walked out at exactly as I walked in. Why could they serve him and not me? Didn't appreciate this!

Fast drive through and extremely friendly staff inside. Very fast to help and get your order in so your time waiting is minimal. Parking is easy and the outside area is nice to enjoy your beverage.

I am allergic to dairy (not lactose intolerant) to the point to where my throat starts to close up. I ordered oatmilk with my drink and only realized after i started to have a reaction that they put dairy in my drink and not oatmilk. Everytime i go here, they somehow find ways to mess up my drink.

I frequent this Starbucks and the morning manager is super dope and laid back and so are those that are under him, the employees that work first shift I have nothing but great things to say.

This is my spot to go until today I have been a customer since 3 years and today was the worst

Amazing drink choices, speedy service, And a clean store. The staff was sweet and did everything perfectly

Every time I try to come here before work at night they close either 30 minutes or an hour early. Should stay open until the listed time so I don’t waste gas getting here

Dani is by far the best barista I've ever encountered. She makes me feel like "home" everytime I see her smile.

An absolute favorite of mine! Chris the manager is a stellar person an his employees are top notch! If your in the area, stop by this place and grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!

Just about every time I go thru the drive thru they charge me wrong. When I ask to use my stars they take my cash. When I want to pay cash they take my stars. The training at this location is horrible. They are very nice at the window, but they can't seem to take direction well on how the customer wants to pay. Milessa was of NO HELP tonight other than saying SORRY! Ugh!

Update: You ask me to call the number you provided me and it's off shore and they are of NO HELP. I want to speak to a U. S.representative not someone in a another country reading a script. This is why I left a review to not waste my time off shore with people that are clueless.

Of course Melissa at the store never had a manager call me! Then I try calling the store and they say they are having phone issues and hang up on me! This is completely unacceptable! Please have the DM reach out to me.
