11Really good service coffee experience was excellent consists with what is normally seen.
Of all the Starbucks locations, this one is the worst I’ve ever been to. They are consistently out of products. It seems like every single time I give it a chance, they are missing ANOTHER item and to top it all off the workers are almost always rude and forget something in the order. Also, they don’t accept $100 bills.
What's nice about this location is that it is open until 10 pm, which is significantly later than most other Starbucks stores in the area.
In actuality, they begin closing for the evening before 9 pm - clearing and closing the outside tables
The interior is large and spacious, and there's a drive through.
Whoever orders at this store needs to be retrained. Never has ANYTHING. Why bother opening the doors if you can't sell what is on your menu.
I ordered a centi iced coffee, black. Without asking they added sugar. Why would you do that. I didn't feel like turning back from the drive through. Very annoying.
Won't be coming back here due to the inconsistently of the drinks. I just got an Americano that tasted sour and burnt for the second day in a row.
We went there Saturday night and Jessica was OUTSTANDING! Got our order perfect and was such a pleasure to chat with. She's got a great attitude that makes you want to return. Thank You!
Employee are rude, spent a good amount of money for all three drinks to be wrong and employee forgot milk in the drink and that’s the main thing in the drinks he admitted it and still was upset about remaking them all and then did the same thing drink we’re horrible attitude was horrible by far the worse location I’ve been too.
Service was good, but Starbucks needs to stock more product of half and half. This occurred on Tuesday, 12/6/22 at 555PM.
I don't like when the coffee is on the bottom of the pot and they tilt the out and fill half of the cup with old coffee and since there is no more in pot the go to fresh coffee and fill t h e rest of the cup
