Starbucks, Westminster CA

I came to get few drinks for my coworker and me in the morning to start a day. I asked for a cup of ice and they said wait for a sec but that a sec took me like 20 mins straight. Is it that hard to scoop a pack of ice in a cup and give it to customer? Their attitude is very rude and not friendly at all. Shop was neither that crowded to make staffs upset face nor forced customer to wait for a long time just to get a cup of ice. My day was never ever came any worse:)

Worst service I've seen in a while Cela is very rude claims no venti cups are available but I clearly see them h will not return and definitely calling corporate.

WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is so rude and have the meanest look on their faces. There’s a girl with the ugliest attitude and resting B face. She slams peoples drinks, instead of handing it to people and says Nothing to the customer. Someone asked for extra whipped cream on the side the other day and she just slammed it on the counter instead of handing it to the customer directly and it wasn’t even busy at the time. But regardless if it’s busy or not, that should not affect the customer service. I witnessed a situation this morning where a customer was complaining about that same employee slamming her drink. She spoke to the “supervisor” and the supervisor was very insensitive and handled the situation poorly. She made an excuse for the employee as to why she was slamming people’s drinks instead of trying to make things right with that customer. I feel the tension every time I walk into this store and this morning’s situation was the last straw for me. Starbucks is known for their great customer service and friendly and welcoming attitude. This store is making Starbucks look horrible.

I think they could use more staff in the am. They moved as fast as they could, but there were a lot of people and not enough of them. The two baristas were very kind and were clearly hustling.

Some of the staff are rude and behave in racist way. Not as clean as an average Starbucks. Great for get n go not staying!

Best, Starbucks in Huntington Beach! They have the best staff. Professional and they know their stuff!

The product they did have came out great. I had to change my order 3 times because they didn't have certain ingredients to make the drinks. My drink was still missing the drizzle because they didn't have it and didn't realize until they made it.

The venti drip with creme I normally get with 50 stars is doubling to 100 stars, plus their drinks getting more expensive, are reasons why I am taking more of my business to other coffee shops. Less incentives to stay loyal with them.

This store needs more people to make drinks it should not take 20 mins to make drinks and mine was just a plan ice coffee come on get it together no manager on site this is not cool there is a line of people and two people working GET IT TOGETHER!

Went today around 6: 20. Only one customer in there. They rushed to make my drink. I ordered a hot chai latte. They gave to me barely warm, tasted watered down and gross.

This coffee shop was horrible! Their coffee is completely watered down and not strong at all! The poor lady that was making it had no clue and had to ask me a couple times and it was junk! My husbands coffee was suppose to be iced and not one piece of ice was actually in it! So disappointing! Will never return! We threw away our coffees! What a waste
