Starbucks, Monterey Park CA

Awful experience i had with them.been to this Starbucks a couple of times and this is the first time I’ve experienced this so decided to leave a review.they close their front door at about 5pm so even though you placed an order online you still have to go on the drive thru route just to get your drinks. Isn’t it easier just to open the door and let people get in to take their drinks? If you don’t want people to order at the counter that’s fine just make a note or at least don’t lock the door? Then no one helped us even though we knocked on the door a couple of times. Just so rude and didn’t make sense at all. I hope whoever runs the store sees this and hopefully change your policy on that. It’s a total waste of time, it’s so easy for me just to go in store and pickup my drinks rather than waiting for the line at drive thru for 20min and also my drinks are not fresh made because of that wait. Ridiculous.

Very upset with their neglect with keeping up their improvements. I dont understand why they gotta keep shutting down their lobby. It frustrates me that I have to wait an extra 20 mins for my coffee. They have failed me once again.

If you plan an evening or weekend trip, please make sure that Jesus, Alyssa, or Anthony are working. These barristas take very good of their customers, and know your order if you're a frequent customer. They make drive-thru orders a pleasant and charismatic experience. Our orders always come out right when they are working during our visit. Plus they are good with customers who bring their pets during drive-thru visits. Our dogs only trust them, and don't get aggressive when Jesus, Alyssa, and Anthony are at the drive-thru window. Please make sure to tip them during visit (or after if you pay with Starbucks app).

Order two medicine balls and they were out of the ingredients and didn’t offer any substitutions the drive thru clerk was rude and not pleasant

Employees had time to stand around and talk, but didn't have time to make coffee? Hmmmm funny I thought I went into a shop that sells that.but then again I don't live paycheck to paycheck so I wouldn't know of the pitfalls of working at Starbucks

Too slow today 11/04/23, I am waiting 25 minutes and not getting to the windows. This starbuck location is getting worse (12/21/2022). Matcha lemonade tastes like baby food, you have to chew the matcha powder. Also, expect to wait 20 minutes before you can order. Greentea tastes like Chinese medicine. Thursday 8/19/21, please do not let the guys make my drink. WASTING MY MONEY. Sunday 6/20/21 6pm team was super slow. When I approached the windows, I saw 4 guys were joking and laughing, only one girl is making drinks. I am taking off 2 stars for slow services. July 2,2021 I don't recommend you hire guy to make coffee. My drink today tasted like milk, water and sugar, no tea or coffee at all.

Used drive-thru to get pumpkin spiced latte and pastry. My drink was far from being full. I asked fora venti but it was missing a lot.

Good atmosphere but bad service, they make mistakes with orders very often! (It seems like disorder with the employees)

I love this spacific starbucks location, but they put so much ice in my drink, I'm not paying for ice, I'm paying for the drink.

I went there couple days ago around 3 pm. They were open but only for to go. You can not walk inn. And there is no any note in their business pages! Not wasting my time here anymore!

This starbucks is a hit or miss. Sometimes, the food/drinks and service are amazing and quick. Other times, they are slow and mid.

Side note: I highly recommend mobile ordering this location as they charge more for some drinks. For example, my usual is a quad shot over ice, and it is 20 cents more here than all other locations I get it.

They close at 10: 30pm. Got there at 9: 09pm and inside was closed. Only drive thru is open i need to pee and study.

This store is always doing wrong (omission) in my cup, When i complain that the staff did not have a heart and the cream was not delicious because it was done quickly

For some reason this location always fails to make their drinks tasty and it's only this location where they constantly mess up my order. The drinks do not taste like other places. They also do not give out water in Venti cups. Do not recommend.

Night shift music is overall awful. Some new rap (J. Cole, 21 Savage, Morray). If you want music/rap talking about "n1ggas" and "h0es, " stick to old rappers.
