Starbucks, Garden Grove CA

The way they make the drinks are slightly different. Maybe that is what the locals like but I was not feeling it. The generic drinks are same as US though.like cold brew or hot coffee.

Friendly staff, run in with old friends and very Convenient location and alots of Parking space.

Parking sucks, but a good location. Many regulars may make this location less suitable for business meetings. Like all Starbucks, the music is distracting and often bassy, like a dance club. Music is controlled at HQ level, unfortunately.

Staff is friendly at this location. Overall as a co.they are charging too much for products. As an injured person & having other family members with health issues, the prices won’t ever make sense to me. Steamrolled by high society you could say or “thrown under the bus” by the “higher ups”. Mbn

I go to Starbucks quite often at many locations but this location is my favorite. The staff is kind and welcoming. The drinks are good quality. Only con-if you're planning to study/hang out inside the cafe, it can get quite loud and spots can run out.

Long time customer. I usually buy 2 bagel with cream cheese with large coffee. Usually costed me $5.75 before, but this location charged me $7.50. Which I paid without asking why, but then realized they gave me 2 bagels with only one cream cheese. Usually each bagel comes with it's own cream cheese. I then asked one of them workers that one of the cream cheese is missing. He told me that I was only charges for one cream cheese. I was so mad and just walked away. First the price they charged was high and then they gave me one cream cheese for 2 beagles. I was shocked. I guess they Starbucks lost one of their longtime customer. Will never go again.

One of the best Starbucks branches I ever go to. Employees here are really nice and accommodating, nothing is too much for them. Something that has become pretty much a rare case in Starbucks nowadays.

Ample seating & electrical outlets for laptops. Ideal for students. Very good service. Has drive-thru.

Starbucks has and always will be the best place for coffee. It's slightly pricey but it's so worth it. Frappuccino and many other flavor drinks are available. They also have a wide variety of teas. Sandwiches and pastries are good. Of course wifi is always available as well.

I've just been in this Starbucks, and it was shut down an hour earlier. I arrived at 10 pm, but it must works until 11 pm. The staff washed the floor and cleaned. They saw that I came and did not come to open the door. This is very distressing. I'm going from far away and I wanted to have coffee and some snack. It's such a big network and I do not understand how you can make such blunders

Hours of operations are missed posted on Saturday they close earlier it's posted that they close at 11: 30 and at 10: 30 they told me they were not open. That needs to be fixed

Good service, drive through open late drinks on point. What you would expect from a Starbucks. I would come back.

Coffee and the chocolate croissant was good and service was average. Everyone seemed upset or bothered. Maybe cus it was Saturday morning.

Spacious convenient location near where I live; however, some of the white staff can be condescendingly rude to the mostly Asian/Viet customers. Also, too many homeless, panhandlers trashing the overflowing gross WC: (

Good amount of tables so it's a good place for studying. Coffee is good and employees are friendly.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. It's like an island in the street next to an AT&T. I feel like this is a journey to the Starbucks and not just a Starbucks at the side of a store. This is the place to go to.

Great Starbucks, staff was helpful and really nice about charging my phone. I was there for 2 hours and nobody gave me any hassle

Of course I always love Starbucks places nice I just wish they would get a handle on the homeless asking for money when you walk in or waiting in your car

Large with lots of tables inside although it was very busy. Music was a little loud, but good service. Busy location. Easy in n out with drive through.

Excellent service & great coffee & free internet plus person could recharge their cellphone & laptop. Amazing.
