Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
15If you get more than 3 drinks at once chance are they will mess up your order. Make sure to check your order before driving off. This has happened to me multiple times.
Im tired of the lines plus all the videos of kids playing with people's drinks.goodbye starbucks! Disgusting
Right now it's drive thru only, but they have good service. One of the folks here remembered what I usually great and had it all rung up as I pulled up to the drive through!
Total of half hour for six cars. They make you wait at the ordering kiosk on each car for about four minutes. Then you wait 10 minutes additional to get to the window. This was at 5: 00 pm. Don’t come to this location if more than 8 cars, you will be sorry! Nice people though!
Like any other Starbucks for the most part, except the no outlets part.
What initially brought me to this location was the closing time (12am.) I sometimes work late on various things and rather enjoy not always working at home.
I dont live too far away and figured this would be a good spot considering it's by a university.
Imagining I could go in like a student or anyone else and plug in my laptop and work away. Twas' not the case, since there is only one area in the seating area (center table in front of the register) where one can plug in. Though some may say I can still run on battery for a bit, my battery fails more often than not (unfortunately need the outlet).
From my experience, places like this that stay open late near universities, essentially cater a bit to the students in a way. Thus, outlets for studying/plugging in needs.
As I type, I seem to be surrounded by students, but not too many electronics.
Or this Starbucks could be trying to help students/people disconnect
In any case, if you're looking for a cafe type spot to get some work dont with your electronics.this is not the spot.
Overall the store is relatively clean, except for the random puddles of water in the restroom. The service was nice, even the barista apologized about the outlets when I asked if there were any more.)
Good amount of seating as well, but not the lounge kind of cafe set up (more like the share a table kind.)
On starbucks the coffee shop web it states closes at 1200am but staff stops serving and closes door at 1130pm?
Annoying waited in drive thur for 20 minutes to find out they are out of Matcha so no green tea latte, only reason I went to Starbucks.
The cashier (wish I would of remembered her name) was amazing. So helpful. I asked a few questions and she answered all with ease.
Maria was very rude and the pastry I ordered had a dirty magnet in the bag. When I pointed it out to another employee, he replaced it and apologized, but all Maria could do once it was brought to her attention was laugh about it. Extremely poor customer service on Maria's part. Extremely poor.
This is a decent Starbucks to check out with a quick drive through the drink quality is good as well so that's great but since it is down the street from a college expect a bit of a wait other than that they are great place to go to for a drink as well as their customer service too
Place was packed, chairs occupied by backpacks. Order was taken and 20 minutes later they told me that they didn't have a key ingredient. I watched no less than 3 orders prepared incorrectly and discarded or restarted. And I finally got a drink that was similar to what I ordered about 25 minutes after the initial order. Also there was not enough black tea prepped for some reason.
Possibly a bad/busy daytime experience, but it might be related to the employee's to be found near CSUN.
YMMV.
The place was clean. The Employees were very simple, very Humble. Smile on their lips. No one was acting like a God.
Sadly the day I was there was a very busy time. Staff did the best they could but time was not on their side. The faster they the more folks came it.
The store is large with seats for many fold.
Kevin who took my order was fantastic. What a good personality. The drinks however took a while and I think there was a customer who was there before me who still didn't have their order after i left. That's not good. But Kevin is.
