Starbucks Drive Thru, Escondido CA

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I went in today and I ordered what I always order. The barista did not repeat the order back to me and made it wrong and so she brings me to anyone and I comment that this new one is also wrong.
She is visibly annoyed, and I don’t want her to think that I’m trying to get free drinks so I offered to pay for the other drink even though I had already paid for the first drink that they made a mistake in.
She takes me up on this and I pay for the second drink. This is a refresher and is nothing but watery. She handed it to me and gave me her back and went inside right away.
I walk into the shop where she is talking badly about me with her coworkers.

Fast forward not only that I have to pay for two drinks but I even offered to toss all the excess drinks for them.

I don’t plan to visit this location anytime soon specially, not in the afternoon shift of a weekday

Spent a long time at the window waiting for a drink to finish and instead of the barista talking to me they decided to chit chat with other employees. Being a former barista I know that there should have been engagement that would have filled the long wait.

For a Starbucks this is unbelievably fast the drive-thru's fast the walk up is a little a little longer than normal but there are fast but I will tell you that they get everything right so good job

It's a Starbucks. Very busy parking lot to navigate through to get to the drive-thru.

This location is a very nice one for Starbucks. It is really large inside, with lots of room for relaxing with your drink or working with your laptop. The only issue is sometimes they are short staffed and they close the inside. The drive-thru line is usually pretty short because of the way you have to go all the way through the neighboring grocery store parking lot to get to the drive-thru. But the extra effort is rewarded with a short wait and speedy service. If we are in Escondido and need coffee or some other drink this is the Starbucks that we choose to go to.

I love this Starbucks! The employee at the drive thru Raul was so nice and so helpful I had no idea what I wanted and he helped me personalize a drink just for me. He was so kind the service here is 10/10 way better than the one on mission. He really knows what he’s doing honestly I will ask for him every time because that was the best service with such a smile like he actually wanted to be there and knew his Starbucks so well! If you see this Raul thank you for such amazing service.

Very d ifficult to get into Starbucks drive through unless you actually know where you are going.

They have gotten my order wrong multiple times here which is not the reason I'm upset. I came in today and I had a mobile order to pick up. Upon reaching for my drink, Dom rudely told me "Can you not reach over like that". They also got our order wrong on top of that. I am not upset about them getting my order wrong though. I am most upset about Dom's horrible attitude.

I’m honestly so extremely upset that I waited so long in a line to get a drink that’s full of ice. I honestly took five sips and that’s it. I should not be paying five dollars for a cup of ice.

This is the absolute worst starbucks ive been to. I have tried this location multiple times and the same issue. This place takes forever! There could be only 5 cars in line and take nearly 30min to get through. Probably the only reason this location is busy is because of the location. If it waasnt for that then this place would fail. It gives starbucks a bad name.

The service was excellent and it was fast too. And they were really really friendly. I like going through the drive-thru.

Walked to the door at 7: 28pm and they were already locked. They’re supposed to close at 7: 30pm and I totally understand them wanting to close a few minutes early but the lady locked the door right in my face and didn’t bother to say anything. Very rude girls working at this location.

Service is S-L-O-W! Drive through line was longer than life. Went inside. No one in line. No one! Took them 9 minutes to notice me. I ordered a hot chai latte and got it filled with ice (9 minutes after i ordered it). We had to go (now 20 min late to practice) so couldn’t make them re do it. - thanks a lot!

Nice loaction staff was great. The walk up service was great. Only negative is this Starbucks is a little difficult to get to do to being on the ramp to the 78 highway.

I walked in once during the autumn of last year and the baristas were nice. I forgot to ask if they had braille menus because I was the who advocated for braille menus almost four y€ars ago! The baristas also gave me stevia packets free of charge after I ordered my drinks. I wished that some of the Starbucks around town had some Reserve and Clover drinks available. Overall, they are a great service!
