Ordered a few outdoor speakers, then placed another order for 1 more. We thought we were getting an enclosed speaker but when it arrived it could only be mounted right into a ceiling which we can not do. Tried to call and see if we could exchange it out and pay any difference in price.not willing to budge. Would have to order another one.

Ordered what I thought was the right used phone but they called before sending to make sure it was correct. I had made a mistake, they sent the right one and it works fine.
