On time, brought along the right part because I’d provided him with pics of the problem so he knew what to bring, was in and out in about thirty minutes, polite, intelligent and wore booties over his work boots so as to not bring dirt or debris from the wet pavement on the carpeted staircase to the second floor of this townhome and on to the carpeted landing as well.

I would recommend you keep them on your perhaps “preferred service provided” list of plumbers.
