I moved to California about a year ago and since then the Candice’s team (Jessica, Tim, Patrick) have been very helpful and took care of my home and auto insurance. I also would like to particularly thank Jessica for her quick and efficient response to my recent requests such as plan transfer, etc. The rates are also pretty good and competitive.

I've been working with Candice State Farm for several years and I'm very happy with the service. In particular, Patrick Bertetta has been amazing and a joy to work with, Patrick responds extremely fast and usually works on my requests and completes them within a few hours or less.

Recently I need to transfer my insurance due to relocation. Tim is really responsive and helpful. He helps me confirm my old policy and transfer to the new policy quickly and professionally. Tim is great and I will definitely recommend Tim and this team.

I've been with Candice's office for about four years now, good customer service, always available the couple of times I've called, and they are good with scheduling annual reviews to make sure your insurance situation still covers any changes in your life. I did have a renters insurance for a stolen bike, it was easily covered with filing a police report and a quote from the bike shop I bought it from. Overall a positive experience.
