I’ve been a customer for decades. They have a loyal customer in me. One month before my 20 year old reckless driving son was leaving for boot camp they called to cancel his insurance. (Absolutely fair and justified.) when I asked where I could find coverage for 30 days and explained why, she continued to cover him and said “thank you for your service. ”
If that doesn’t do it for you, consider that they always treat me with kindness and respect even when I’m calling to apologize because I’ve made a mistake.
I recently bought a new property and became executor of a family property. They responded to my quote request in less than 24 hours.

I've been with State Farm for about 10 years and all of the employees that I've dealt with in this office always provides great customer service. Lately I've been dealing with Kathy and she has been amazing, answers my questions and doesn't hesitate to help!

Lady who helped me was so nice. I now love State Farm.

Did not call back when she said she was going too. Accused me of conspiring with a contractor, did not help with a rude adjuster and took the adjusters side. Also shared private information about the claim with her husband and based in his opinion also denied my claim, even though they missed identified construction materials in my home.
There is no customer services, horrible manners, no privacy.
Cancelled my policies and went with a different company.
