State Theatre & Multiplex, Woodland CA

Nice small theater. Fairly clean, would give it five stars but the air circulation is not the best, smells a lot like popcorn right as you walk in.

The food is delicious but overall overpriced
But the chairs are comfy
So five stars

Great customer service and great seats. Although they got backing for the historical location that the other theatre didn't get.prices could be better too.

Went to see clifford the big red dog (which was a wonderful movie 100% reccomend) my friend left her phone and they were so helpful in helping us find it.

Very nice, clean, awesome food and friendly staff, could not ask for a better movie experience and night out.

I love the new movie theatre in woodland! For awhile, the best place to go was in downtown davis. But, State Theatre wins my vote every time. For whatever reason, the big theatre room feels really cozy and I love it. 10/10

I was there with family & friends and the young man that was helping us was very polite n courteous to our needs, will be going again as a group hopefully he be there.

This theater got "make over" a few years back. Even though it retained its nostalgia feel, also got modernized on the inside. Recliners, big screens, and nice sound systems. One downer, you got to park in designated parking lot a few blocks away. Not that big of deal but best leave a few minutes to walk there before show time.

Not all seats are recliners, but are comfortable for a few hours of movie viewing. We visited this week and were discouraged since at least 10 people indoors waiting to buy tickets were not wearing a mask. Yolo County has mandated masks indoors for everyone. State needs to enforce this (they do check all backpacks to prevent outside food but don't seem to care about COVID). For now we will not be returning to this theater due the lack of enforcing the required mask mandate.

I bought ticket movie Venom Let There Be Carnage I will not go to ever again and I'm tired of closed caption is not worked and I want open caption on screen movie theater. It is time change to open caption movie theater. No more closed caption enough is enough

I really enjoyed watching the movie in this theatre, love the chairs, so comfortable and over all was a nice experience.

Went and saw Jungle cruise with the family. Movies was really good, snacks were on point and delicious and the staff was helpful and polite. The seating is perfect with lounge chairs.
Highly recommend this place for a movie outing. Enjoy!

Very comfortable seat that reclines, the person working at concession was very nice and helpful, and not crowded at all! Would recommend to bring your family here!

We love this upgraded theater complex with adjustable barco lounger seating and food trays in all the auditoriums. Our grandson doesn't want to go to the movies anywhere else. It's a great place to be on a hot and smokey day. I like $5 Tuesdays and I like choosing our seating. The size of the seats makes social distancing very easy. Nothing better than laying comfortingly back, feet up, munching popcorn, soda in the cup holder, being entertained. Movie popcorn as always is the best. Buy a big bag and refill it on the way out to take home. They should sell it to people who only come to buy the movie popcorn. I've never been able to reproduce it at home! On a crowded day the service to buy tickets and popcorn can be slow, so get there early.

Great seating. Big chairs, phone chargers. Concessions are fully loaded lots of choices. Be patient, staff is working hard.

So different from how it use too look like before! But was fun i like the new chairs and more theater rooms as well cant wait for another one to go watch!

Great movie theater but it’s freezing and I had to leave the movie early because I didn’t bring my winter jacket. Bring lots of layers!

Does not state open hours, phone number not functional. Doors closed for walk-in while you can see staff. I knocked on the door and they looked and ignore it.

It was super nice and clean smaller and better than the one in vacaville love these recliners they go ALL the way back super comfy
