Stater Bros. Markets, Rialto CA

Cashier had a nice pair and she was smokin hot other then that prices reasonable way better then San Bernardino Bernardino's Staters.

This particular Stater Bros Market is a just okay store it's not like the other ones in Rialto it doesn't have all the Departments and doesn't carry as much products either but if you're just looking for normal it's a good pick

Clean store and very well stocked. The checker who helped me was very nice. Stater Bros is my favorite grocery store because of the low prices and the excellent meat and deli. This store I don't frequent very often, but by the appearance it looks like one I would if I lived close by. Stater Bros is also an awesome place to get 3 ft subs for football games or big sporting events. Definitely one of the best grocery stores around.

(Also posted on Yelp) I live in Rancho Cucamonga but I have been going to this Stater Bros. Market for years because my parents live in North Rialto and I'm always over there. Over the years I have seen managers and employees come and go because they were most likely transferred but there are a few veterans, as I call them, that are still there and I can honestly say they are all wonderful. I go to different markets for different things and I frequent this particular store for the quality of the meat and the excellent customer service and the great sales they have. Even though you might see new faces working there for the most part they are all amazing people. I especially want to name Lovette, he is a manager and he goes above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience there is pleasant. I had a horrible experience with someone in the store whom I don't care to name after 20 some odd years of no bad experiences recently, and Lovette handled it so professionally and promptly even though this employee was rude and did not respect me, the customer, Lovette, the manager or the store overall, Lovette did not fold under pressure he maintained a calm and kind demeanor in this instance. Billy Kemp, the store manager and also Alex and Mike also managers also acted swiftly and promptly in the matter and really made me feel that how I felt mattered. I appreciate them so much for that. This store is always clean and well maintained. All of the morning cashiers are amazing and have outstanding customer service, Cindy is wonderful and all the ladies and gentlemen but honestly all of the cashiers are good people as well as the baggers. (is that what they are called) all the way down to the security guards. Unlike some other Super Markets I visit, this Stater Bros.gives you a feel of a strong community bond and a very warm personal experience every time. I HIGHLY recommend this location for your grocery needs.

Stater Bros Market had some good sales. I took advantage of some of them. With the cost of things today. I appreciate the saving I got. Great store to shop.

Produce department was gross, old produce with massive mildew, I wish I would of taken pictures of what I saw.so sad cause we go there for quality food.

This is by far the best Stater bros in the IE. I have visited a lot of these since 89 and this one is outstanding. The meat department is kept clean and organized, the dairy, and bakery service is awesome. Highly recommended.

I love my local Staters. The store could be cleaner and maybe get a face lift in some areas. The team is friendly and helpful. The checkers always seem to be in a cheery mood!

This had been our go to bakery for many years, for every special occasion, the cakes are always delicious and perfect.today 9/11 I forgot to get a cake for my sons birthday, we've had so much going on with a death in the family and all. I called in to see if by chance I could put in a last minute same day cake order just hoping for a miracle. I spoke with Norma she advised me that I did need to give a 24hr notice. I said ok ill just come in and see what you guys have already made. There was a pretty good selection of cakes but nothing with buttercream. Norma, went above and beyond and made a miracle happen, she is the true definition of 5 star service.when she could of just said I'm sorry that's all I have, she took the time and actually made the cake that I needed and exactly how I wanted. Im so happy and this is why I continue to come to this specific SB bakery. Thank you again Norma you are an angel.:)

This is a good store. It's well kept and organized. I appreciate the extensive choices in the meat department. I am a fan of the Stater Bros brand.

The staff are great inside and the store is generally well maintained and organized. Avoid at night as there are lots of people drinking in the strip mall, throwing bottles, taking drugs etc etc

I’ve been shopping here for many many years but this store recently changed managers and I’ve found myself driving a little further and going to Walmart this is one of the very few staters that I feel has kept most of their employees the same making me the customer feel welcomed every time I’ve shopped here.most of the cashiers recognize me and go out of their way to make sure my groceries are bagged exactly how I want them and that I’m always taken care of.they always offer me help out even if I only have a few items.if you shop staters you know that they have a complicated online coupon system which is especially hard on me since I’m not good with electronics the employees here have always helped me get my coupons off my cell phones sometimes even giving me their own coupons. Ever since they changed managers and I mean they changed all their managers things have not been the same. I’ve always been able to write my checks over the amount up until the new manager came and I wasn’t allowed to even though the cashier repeatedly told him that I was a regular shopper there for years and have always written my checks over the amount. The lines are always long and the store has slowly gotten dirty and cluttered they have locks on the bathroom which the employees have to open for you. Don’t even think about asking for cash back or paying with a large bill because the cashiers never have money anymore to give you your change or your cash back. To me this store lost its friendly appeal and has now lost me as a customer.
