Stater Bros. Markets, Riverside CA

Getting worse all the time. Can't afford food and the priciest brands. Do like the people. But 5 to buy chamber and beef forget it.

Family store been shoppin here for years every since my son was a baby now he has his own family and we still goto this same St. Bros. Love it. Always. Have good deals nd good sales

It was perfect had everything I needed and staff very helpful carried my grocery out to car great prices

It's a great store. Always clean and has most of what I want except at this time no toilet paper or paper towels. Employees are very helpful.

I am giving a great big Shout out to Paul that was working tonight at the cart area. On my way out to my car I noticed a very elderly lady walking so very slow so I kept watching to make sure that she was going to be ok and then I noticed her looking confused and scared so I put my groceries in my trunk and was about to walk over to her but then I watched the most beautiful thing, that I pretty much never witness anymore, Paul (I asked him for his name afterwards) ran up to the lady and was talking to her in such a kind caring manner and he helped her find her car and then put her groceries in her trunk. I am so grateful to this young man and appreciate his kindness! Thank you Paul and God bless you!

I love stater bros markets they are so clean it's the only place I can get my stool softeners they work so well so I feel comfortable everyone I'd very nice and very helpful I walk with a Walker so I use one of the carts if I happen to drive in I return the cart to the store unless someone is in the parking lot and volunteers to help I have nothing but good thing to say about them I'm surprised everyone is not respectful of other people and are hourding that's not right but now they stopping that and people can only take what they need (yeah for you)

One of the older stores, sure it is in line for the makeover like the rest of the older stores.

Stater bros has the best meat you could ever ask for there very friendly your checkers, your butchers, your bagers, i give them a big 5

I guess my experience was only okay because we had a specific item in mind, which we have always found to be in great supply at each Stater Bros we've visited except this one. They had a tiny section and although the items were decent and the price was okay, there wasn't a whole to choose from. This is not a negative review of the store, my experience with the check out process, the line, the cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the employees were just fine. Just disappointed that my specific item's selection was limited at this store. YMMV

The young man in the produce section (I believe his name was Gerardo) was extremely helpful when I went in one day to get my sick girlfriend a get well soon gift. He pointed me towards the flowers and even helped me pick out the perfect ones! On top of that, he was very helpful the rest of my shopping trip when I couldn't find what I was looking for. This young man had excellent customer service and I look forward to his help whenever I go now. Thank you to Gerardo and the rest of the starter brother staff! I'll be here a lot more often!

I love this Stater Brothers there are a lot of Stater Brothers in this area and there's another one about a mile and a half from this one on Arlington and this one is much better it's cleaner more up-to-date they Terry more things in the deli I never can find chicken salad in the deli the Stater Brothers always has it they also carry more things and their shelves are stocked unlike the other Stater Brothers and they carry the sugar-free pumpkin spice creamer and the sugar free peppermint mocha creamer the other Stater Brothers It's always out this one is so much better it's right across the street from Harvest Church and if your trying to decide which one to go to I would choose the Stater Brothers all day

Best place to buy Monster energy drinks, but checkout times can be hit or miss. I like the Mario Bros.more.

What a waste land. Awful customer service, high prices, and poor management, no real accountability. I dislike it here.

Cons: Beware of tripping over 'Loads" sitting on the isles from 6am till 8am. If you fall.they don't care. Always check your receipt, a checker named Eva has a bad habit of Double scanning merchandise. Once is a mistake. 4 times in 3 months, (that I Know of), is. Theft. Don't rely on your favorite products being available for long.in 3 years, 124 of my favs were replaced with inferior & more costly products. Be sure to put your "regular" priced produce in the 'clear' produce bags.if you put them into the 'green Organic' bags, you Will be charged more. Pros: Clean, friendly employees.mostly.
