Stater Bros. Markets reviews
26Hands down the best market in all surrounding areas! Shopped all over LA/OC county and without a doubt this market is the best. The leadership and the continuous hard work in this market is noticeable. The store is well run, fully stocked but without a doubt their customer comes first attention is well spread in the market. The cleanliness of the store is nothing more than amazing and hard work and a sense of ownership by every team member. The deli dept staff is very helpful and with a sense of urgency. The produce dept is stocked with fresh items throughout the day and their hardworking should not be over looked. The laughter and friendly service at the butcher area is a breath of fresh air. Many team members are always working to keep the the shelves fully stocked and easy to shop. And of course the team members at the registers that greet you with a smile and bag your items with great care. Thank you for creating a real family store in our community. This store should be a model for all stores alike.
Fabulous!
Fruit bar is great! Poking bar yummy! California and sushi bar the best. The meat deli is great. Got some great filet mignon and salmon. Loved it all.
Stator Bros. Is a better market than a few ive tried. Like Ralphs, Albertsons and that other one.
I dont mean Stator Bros is cheaper, although probably so. I mean the whole checklist. Prices,
Clean restrooms, etc. Nice people,
Newly remodeled very clean very organized well stocked, the meat department excellent!
I highly recommend this place!
Lovely business great variety of items customer service shopping experience and polite customers. Shout out to my checker: Cello! One day my husband and I will attend your symphony concert and enjoy your Violin solo. Thank you to the owners of Stater Bros. I've shopped at Stater Bros. Market stores since the 80's. This location is the best by far. Great job to your Store Manager! Hey folks! Have a blessed day!
Your neighborhood grocery store to the max. Since the rebuild the inside is really nice. New floors, fresh fruit section, all is great but where Stater’s excels is their meat department. Such great cuts of meat for cheap! Look for their deals right after Christmas because you may be able to get Prime Rib for a great price. They removed the Schools First so don’t go in looking for a credit union anymore! Only downside.prices have gone up since the rebrand
Great fried chicken and very clean store. Some of the employees especially in the deli/butcher counter (27something guys) need an attitude adjustment.
Good market with fair prices. Good meat and produce departments. Parking occasionally crowded. Brand selections variable as they experiment with house product lines.
They are a good store with helpful staff. Prices are decent for the most part but you do have to shop around. If there is an item they don't have the manager can order it, and if it sells well they will stock it regularly.
Everyone at this Staterbrother store is amazing! Our cousin John Thomas Sellers use to work there. R. I. P. JT
I gave Stayed Bros. 4 stars because when I go there later in the evening, I think after 7 or 8 pm, I buy their rolls for half price, which are pretty large (their sign said 4 ounce each) and absolutely delicious. They have two different kind, bolillos and teleras & when I can buy them for a quarter, it is a good deal for me, especially when they feel & taste so very fresh.
Only complaint is the tall shelving of popular items, I usually have to either call someone for help or climb up after waiting too long.
But this is my favorite store, and I love shopping there.
The store has these really great shopping carts they're small and Compact and they ruin them with the stupid anti-theft wheel.that's not really the problem except that the wheel is larger than the other so now they have a screwy wheel and it makes the whole shopping experience suck.
Overall, good prices in produce. Disappointed because my favorite, Total Cereal, has been discontinued. Instead, I decided to try a granola cereal.
I like the store in general but The cashier named Teresa I dealt with today is so rude and insulting. So, only 1 star from me because of your bad customer service.
This market has been a mainstay of the area for decades. The meat market is usually packed with folks getting ready for the weekend barbecue. Recently Stater Bros. Has introduced a large variety of craft beer. In fact they have expanded the section quite a bit. They have also started carrying more vegetarian and vegan options. Entering and exitingnthe property can be challenging. Especially during busy times.
Everything is Clean, Fresh, Colorful, Friendly Professioal Service. The Plants and Flowers, Look like you walk through the Garden and Pick a FlowerThank you for being Amazingly Nice
I totally like their meats and fish from the meat counter, produce outstanding. FRIENDLY survice. Great Market to Shop at!
Really pleased with the experience here. The meat department was superb. There were five female butchers available which was amazing.
My favorite! Great prices, great service, great selection. Stater Bros has an excellent full-service meat counter.
