The morning staff is very rude. This applies to the women however. Greg the cashier has the best customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life! He should be recognized and made a manager!

Not bad this market seems to be very well stock and overall not bad. Was an emergency stop looking for coffee creamers and they had plenty to choose from. Friendly staff as well.

I've just had bad luck at this store. Lost my wallet there, ex-girlfriend caught me there with another girl, paid for my groceries and left them with the cashier as I used the restroom, when I get back my groceries are gone. You would think the cashier would notice.no she was to busy thinking about the joint she wanted to smoke

Looks a lot better inside than like years ago. Employees no what's expected of them which shows they're being trained properly to meet customer expectations. I believe it's a well managed store. A great grocery store to shop at if u don't mind the high prices on some items. I always like to go here if I'm in the hood haha. Happy shopping

I went at 9: 30 pm, I walked by the meat section in the back and ALL I can smell was the bathroom. It was a very bad poop smell

This is another Stater Brothers location I love to go to very clean, good management, very nice, and I love how it's not always too busy. The lines can get quite hectic but I love when they're not

I enjoy shopping at the Pomona store. Their market is well kept and the entire staff is awesome and I really feel at home at that store and everyone from the boxboys/box girls to the Butchers to the Managers.and even the Security guards are fabulous and they deserve to be recognized and appreciated in my opinion especially through these trying times because they display themselves very professionally and it must be a great place to work. Thanks for the great service and my hat is off to each and every one and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Good Job

Their meat is at a good price. Some of the other items are a bit too high. I can find some items here that I can't find anywhere else.

Nice dungeon pub downstairs, top notch fish and chips, too many beers and then those beards? ! See you there.

Employees are always friendly, helpful and I like doing my grocery shopping at Stater bro's it's my#1 store

Expect a wait time. Especially between 5 -7 pm. And Yes, Expect Pomona's finest (Homeless) all around.

Bad experience, they did not help me with putting my water on my car and did not ask if my daughter was ok when she fell.

My visit to the store was basically to use the coinstar machine. When I went to get my cash the cashier had an attitude not for that position. Besides, she did not gave me the full amount of what I supposed to received

I like the fact they try to clean up with the bums around the store. It's clean store. And some associates are friendly.

Wow just astounded, manager closed the line while I was standing there without informing the line was closed. I asked him a little frustrated he mocked me and him and the other employees there laughed while he ignored me. I asked for the corporate never have I been treated that way by a manager he definitely is not fit for dealing with people, outrageous

I like stater brother's at this location. There is long lines here however it's California a lot people. Luckily I haventvhad any issues. Clean as I can see. Staff friendly. Great atmosphere.
