Stater Bros. Markets reviews
23The new staffs needs to be retrain.why would you bag a gallon of milk with banana in the same bag.
I actually live in the city of Buena Park and I am visiting a friend in Azusa so I stopped in the market here in Azusa. There are a lot of things so much better here. The shopping carts are clean and the employees are so much more friendlier
I love Staters. Good prices, clean, good selection and they offer many other things like cooked meals, rotisserie chicken and baked goods! Also a long and good list of beer, wine alcohol and spirits in general.
Employees are ever so helpful, friendly and nice. I love how the season employees teach the younger ones. They're excellent mentors.
I do not like being lied to. I get it having to give me cash back is a pain but I buy something every time in order to get cash back so I can take my business elsewhere.
Robbie is a very sweet employee there and I always try and go in her line when she is working. I even tell other customers to go to the next line to be helped at the next register I rather stay where I'm at
Bought avocados when i got home n cut them they were black inside and overpriced. They get 3 stars for being the only store open on Thanksgiving otherwise they suck.
Expensive, compared to prior to the pandemic, but a decent selection of goods.
It can't top Trader Joe's, though.
Customer service (cashier) is terrible, floor staff and stockers is Excellent. Really, eggs selling at $5.00 is pricey
Why have senior time if they are stocking at 7: 00? Will be going to another store. This has happened for over a month. Plus at this time the veggies and fruit haven't been put out. Jus
Thanksgiving and all the managers and employees were smiling, helpful, friendly. Manager stopped what he was doing to walk me to the frozen pie crust! Very impressed!
Stater Brothers been around for years prices are very average better than Ralphs and Albertsons to have great meat selections highly recommended
Good prices, good produce, limited organic produce but a fair selection, and good meat. Helpful and pleasant personnel. Can be extremely crowded on weekends when students from Azusa Pacific and Citrus College shop in packs; however 99% of the students are also pleasant and helpful. I have limited mobility and must use an electric shopping cart. Many students will offer to help me reach an item without me asking for assistance.
This store has very good customer service. There is wide selection of products at good prices. The cashiers are friendliest. Easy check and check out. Can't tank them enough. Highly recommended!
For a "staple" market it is very good.known for the meat dept, better than most! And it's non-union!
Always fast and friendly. When real busy can count on then to open up another register. Only at Stater Brothers
Not the friendliest cashiers but at least they have good working driveable carts that are easier to access
Great store. A little small so don't have as much of a selection as I'd like, but that appears to be the norm nowadays. Always super friendly and helpful and fast checking out. Great butcher section. Not enough space to include bakery at this location
Stater's Bros is one of the markets I go often. It has everything I need. There are times it has very good sales and the employees are friendly.
