Stater Bros. Markets, San Bernardino CA

Since I started buying watermelons here the last 3 years, I've never gotten a bad one. They are so sweet it's like eating watermelon candy, yum! The more ugly and discolored with a yellow bottom and lines and dots on them the sweeter they are. The bees know how to pick them. Hitting the melon doesn't tell the ripeness. Trust me.

Place is nice. I love the store it has practically everything I need. All the shopping center it's in needs is a filipino restaurant and it would be absolutely perfect

This is the worst stater brothers I’ve ever been to the cashier is the most unfriendly person I have ever met I can’t believe they would put a person so unqualified into a customer service position

Friendly personal always in the best diaposition to povide attention to customera. Produce are great quality too.

People that work here are the best anywhere. So helpful and watch out for me as old and handicapped. However, the cheap corporate office never fixes the electric carts or gets new ones like the other stoves. Treats them like "poor stepdaughter". Shame on you corporate. I spend a lot of money here and deserve better.

Some Stater Bro Doesn't Have enough or broke mobil wheel shopping cart for those that can't stand or walk around we need those even foot for less there's a lot of us having one or maybe two it's not fair and u no it's not enough sitting in a chair or on the bottom counter at the store waiting on the mobil shopping scooters it's all the time or it's broke stater bro should be a shame of them self

This stater bros has been threw alot since the pandemic and riots but besides some of the high prices it is relatively the safest and cleanest staters in the area also they have new carts and Carrells and additionally have security that actually addresses situations when they happen the staff at check out is always polite and quick shout out to are long time cashier joe go rams he isn't at this store anymore I belive he moved to a fontana location used to be my highlight to shoot the stuff with him at check out really nice older gentleman

My neighborhood Staters from way back. Only needs to be brightened up and better stocked. Maybe remodeled. But I love it. Has a good and welcoming crew.

They have really gotten smaller over the years. Not a very good selection of items. They do have a bike rack. Some of the employees in the lot area were looking down there nose at people. Feed the hungry before you feed yourself

I've been coming to this store since I was little! Great store, great people! Helpful and knowledgeable!

My stater brother's market that I love to shop at it's the only one that I usually go to except for I also go to the 1 on baseline and watermelon

I visited this staters bro. #24/ On 4/22/23. A black woman employee seemed to be having a terrible day. She was standing using her cellular an as I asked for service from her delli department she let her feelings shown by puffing an mumbling words as she went into the back she stated "she hated to work on the delli department an not where she worked but the coustomers"She did not seemed to care that everyone had heard what she was saying ~. I decided to put back my groceries back an allowed her to continued venting her frustration on a job she did not want. Store needs the presents of the manager it be niceto see there is someone that can see what is happing at this store. Lines are too long. Store seemed clean an has nice display on vegetables an fruits great job to the emplyees that take care of fruits an vegetables an housekeeping department.

Regular customer here this is my second incident a new cashier by the name of KYLE was very rude! While he was scanning my groceries he had the NERVE to ask me "why did you get soo much stuff" i said what? What do you mean are you mad i got soo much stuff? He called the lady behind me a B**** for handing him items somebody left behind i just shook my head. He rhought it was funny to be talking and treating customers that way i immmediately talked to the store manager Fernando or francisco cant remember but i did record me complaining to him! He said this wasnt the first time he giggled said kyle was a work in progress he has a dry sense of humor i said no no it doesnt matter hes going to catch someone on a bad day and hes gonna get hurt! I had to put my review because it just seems they arent going to do anything about it. Also a girl name shia williams was cery rude and cussed at me and my family cause she wasnt doing her job right looked like she hated her job. This store needs to do better! Shelly seems like the only sweetheart there shes always sooo nice to me and my son!

Worst store in the world. Employees think they are above the police. Worry more about customer service and the violence in parking lot with homeless than people bringing your store business. I can take my riders to a different store next time. As a matter of fact. I think I will.

The service at this location has steadily gone down hill. The cashiers no longer place your groceries in your cart. The cashier who serviced me didn't even place my purchase within reach, placing the burden on me. Very disappointed.
