Avoid renting from this apartment company at all costs. Their behavior is not only disturbing but also disgraceful. CEO Marc Copp will eventually face the consequences of his actions, as numerous investigations are being carried out against him. The individuals in the so-called "main office, " like Valorie and Dolinda, who are supposed to handle "customer service", are nothing short of a mockery of humanity. Block phone numbers and avoid phone calls they are not adult enough to handle.

This company operates like predatory slumlords, targeting innocent people. They conveniently ignore the existence of mold and display extreme neglect when it comes to essential maintenance tasks like annual inspections and timely problem resolution. Despite their claims of fixing the mold issue in my apartment, it still persists. To make matters worse, I recently uncovered that I was exposed to a gas leak caused by the negligence of the main office staff (Valorie) for a shocking three weeks. Their actions are truly deplorable and repulsive.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

The office lady that's in charge of running the applications is such a b. She makes up these crazy stories and excuses to not try to rent any of their apts to people. Horrible

This review is directed at the main office. The two women I spoke with on the phone regarding my application were extremely rude, cold, and unhelpful. I had a wonderful tour with Edgar from their office and called to get some clarity on their rental criteria. I was met with immediate rudeness & a harsh tone of voice. I was interrupted several times & even had to ask to be transferred to someone else the first time I spoke with someone.

At the end of the day, it's important to remember we're all humans and searching for housing is already a stressful process, especially in 2023 in LA. I find it very disheartening to speak with someone in an office that can't take two seconds to be kind to someone who is wanting to give them business and money.

Do a better job next time and maybe you won't leave someone in tears after they get off the phone. I can't imagine how it must be to be your tenant and I refuse to engage with this company any further on my housing search.

This management is horrible! Unprofessional and horrible communication! They advertise security at The Abbey apts but they slowly took the security without informing the tenants and someone is always stealing packages. The elevator always broken!
