So I drove from Murrieta after the store associate told me they service Craftsman Warranties. They closed at 5pm and I wanted to get there before they closed. When I arrived the associate that greeted me said they don't service Craftsman Warranties. He said they use to a long time ago. Then he tried to say that there was a misunderstanding about what was said. Ummm. NO. Your associate just misinformed me about what you offer for a Craftsman Warranty. If he would have just said, yeah I sorry we don't service those warranties. My associate gave you the wrong information. What a bizarre experience
