14Every time we come here, we love it.best staff in the industry.they go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. When I have to travel for work, we stay here in the IE area.
Great hotel, I've been staying at this one for about 4 years as well, every other month. It can get full so make reservations in advance. They have a great breakfast buffet, eggs, waffles, sausage, cereals, pastry, it's very good. Traffic is bad in that area, FYI.
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The floors are not very soundproof however as we listened to the children above us all weekend which made for an unpleasant experience as it was extremely loud. Also they didn't provide a welcome amenity (points) to this elite member.
Staybridge is my family's Choice, when we travel we always stay at Staybridge the one in Corona was one of the top ones we've ever visited. Hillary at the front desk is truly amazing.
I was in the area fir a meeting. We had a one bedroom suite. It was nice, the two queen beds were comfortable. The shops around the nearby lake were varied and we enjoyed our time.
My car was broken into during my stay here and my partner and I lost many valuable items. We lost important stuff for our every day lives as well as gifts we have received over the holidays, our garage door opener, documents, and more. We are very good about locking our car and making sure things are well hidden, yet still lost everything in the car. When we brought this to the people at the front desk, they informed us that they had a similar incident just a few days prior. This hotel has free public parking with street access. No parking passes or room numbers required to enter or park in the lot. After bringing this to the front desk, they informed us that we need to speak to manager and told us a time to return for when the manager comes in. We came back about ten minutes after the time they told us, to give time for the manager to settle in for her day before we talk to her, and yet when we get there they say there is still no manager and when they come in they will call our room. 2 hours later and silence. The people at the front desk told us there is no cameras and will not provide any compensation for anything. They did not even offer to call the police. They told us that it is basically our problem to figure out, not theirs. If you choose to stay here, just be weary of the risks and understand their management does not care about you.
Will definitely be back, very friendly staff had an issue due to reserving with third party and Vincent at the front desk went above and beyond to help/resolve this issue, rooms are very clean & spacious, beds are comfy, and rooms include free breakfast.

If I could put a no star I would! The front desk Chinese lady was so rude and wouldn’t even let me talk or offer a solution to their mistake! We booked through a 3rd party and had a reservation for 3 nights a week in advance yet she tells me they tried to contact us because they are booked out or sold out which is ridiculous! Our email and phone number was there. She kept talking over me and directing me to contact the 3rd party. As more people walked in tried to ignore the fact that I was still there and tried to help them. This is when I got frustrated, we have a family in the car a 2k charge on our credit card and she doesn’t even offer to try to talk to the 3rd party to get something resolved. I will never book with this company for their lack of communication, customer service! Save yourself the headache
The room was nice especially the bed. But the toilet in the bathroom was not working properly. I called ro have someone to come up a fix it which they did. But later that evening had problems again! Would not flush properly terrible. I let the front desk know about the problem.
One of the most cleanest hotels that I've been in a long time the amenities were super I recommend it highly
Great hotel but the room was for 4 people and the couch bed is a twin size. Expensive hotel.they should have specified this. It was a king suite with separate bedroom
Truly enjoyed our room and stay here. They have something called Social hour in the evenings which was really cool. The room was just lovely and the outdoor area was really awesome. Will be seeking out this hotel chain in more places that we travel to. 5 star stay for sure!
Love this place great place very friendly staff super clean environment around alot of restaurants and nearby is a theater. Well worth staying here highly recommend for the area prices are great for extended stays full week or just three days. Full blown kitchen and amenities all included in the deals. So glad I got a room for two weeks.
