6This is our second stay with Peter and Cathy. Their condo is immaculate and well stocked. Any issues are resolved promptly. We will be returning on our next visit to San Clemente to visit family.
While searching online for an Airbnb close to the water, I stumbled upon this incredible, huge 2 bedroom ocean view with a hot tub! I couldn’t believe it. I reached out to the host with a few questions and they responded immediately, were extremely nice and helpful, and answered all of my questions. I booked right away, I didn’t want someone else to grab it before me. The listing is very detailed and provides all the information you need including internet info, how to use all their FREE amenities (bikes, beach towels, outdoor shower, even free drinks and snacks)! This place was a dream come true. The beds were the softest and most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, the ocean view is spectacular, the jacuzzi was warm and ready for me upon arrival, and they even had a bidet toilet that is warm when you sit down! They thought of everything, their attention to detail is spot on, and I can’t wait to come back in a few months! I wish it was possible to give 10 stars!
We love this place and have gone back for the last two years. It is clean, fun, and has all the amenities of home. The kids love it. We can walk to the beach or get food. There is no fighting for parking. The freeway is close. There is a Jacuzzi with a view. The owner/management is excellent. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall it is a lot of fun, sun, and relaxation.

We had the privilege of staying at one of the Staying with Friends units (Casa Del Mar Unit C). We stayed there for 3 weeks to attempt a mini snowbird trip from Seattle. Pete and Cathy were so accommodating, even stopping by several times with treats and a gift for our dog and us. They made a special desk setup so we could work efficiently while visiting. The unit was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and we were able to make it feel like home for us for a couple weeks. Look forward to our future visits!
