Authentic and very nice place! The place decoration is pretty interesting. Lots of Whisky bottle on the bar shelves! Staff were friendly and helpfull. The food tasted great, we tried lamb shank, and 18oz steak with dressing which was very delicious. I tried smoke n bourbon! I highly recommend this place!

Huge selection of whisky. Food is yummy and the staff is very friendly. Fun place to hang and enjoy steak with some whisky. Try a flight. Plenty of ways to sample the huge selection they have.

Recently visited Steak & Whiskey for a friends birthday and we were not let down. The Smoke n’ Bourbon cocktail was one the best whiskey drinks I’ve had in some time and the ribeye fully dressed was top notch. 100% worth a visit if you’re in Hermosa and looking for a more refined meal while still being laid back.

Steak cooked rare was perfect! Great servers and a nice walk to the beach after made for a fantastic dinner. Will be back for sure!

Super delicious food, excellent happy hour value - get the oysters! Really cool vibe inside, all of the food was incredible. We got the wings with house pickles, meatballs, and oysters from the happy hour menu, pear salad, and the house cheesecake.

Staff were great - very pleasant and friendly - atmosphere was good - food was ok - not great - except the brussels sprouts - they are amazing

They called the cops on me because I wouldn’t hurry up and get out of their booth because there was “a reservation waiting”. Had told the waitress a friend was coming and she said I have to be out of my booth at 6 which is insane. You don’t let someone order a filet mignon with two sides and two beers costing over $100 and tell them they need to be up in 30 mins. Manager on down were all rude and stuck up btw. If I could give less stars I would. Cops were cool, had a nice laugh with one outside.

This place is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place.everytime I feel like having a special supper, this is the place that comes first to my head.extremely good and varied food and a large list of dishes.generous staff members, and great spirit. Not less important, the expence is modest. I suggest this restaurant with pleasure.

Viola was our server and she was EXCELLENT! Food was wonderful and very reasonably priced for what we ordered. If you’re in the area, check them out!

I was here last week. I came with a friend after moving from a different bar. We walked by and this placed looked nice. We got a seat outside this nice patio. Our server was also the bartender, Clarke. This dude was awesome, he had a great attitude and made delicious drinks. You can tell he really enjoys his job.

Good food.horrible service. I came here for Mother's day brunch and we were seated on the outside dining area. We were seated before two other small parties outside. Our server never came for by for 25 minutes. This should have been a sign for us to leave, but being Mother's Day we felt like we were stuck and out of options.

1) We watched the other two tables put their order in before we even saw our server and had water put on our table.
2) Our starter took 30 minutes to come out.
3) One of the tables was done with their meal and paid their check before we even got our starters.
4) We had to repeat with the server and 2 runners that we needed extra cream for the coffee.
5) Our entrees came out all came out at different times. So some of our food got cold.
6) Our server never came by to check on anything until we were finished with the meal.

After the whole experience, I would have left a 0 dollar tip, but my girlfriend still left a small tip. For a $180 meal for three. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Perfect sunset view with great food. With outdoor dining, the sloped street provides a stunning sunset view. We dined here last night with our daughter and her boyfriend. We had a great time while enjoying the food and the view.

The service here was excellent with our waiter constantly checking on us to see if we need anything and timely taking our orders and bringing food out. With his recommendation, we had a perfect meal.

Before talking about the main dishes, I have to mention that their house bread here is to die for. Crusty hot bread with honey butter is a perfect combination. You got to order that if you dine here.

With the restaurant name after steak, we can’t have dinner here without trying their steak. The ribeye steak we ordered was perfectly cooked to medium. The flavor of the steak was fantastic. The meat was tender and flavorful. I loved it.

The scallop dish was also heavenly. Butterly flavor created an amazing dish. This dish is not to be missed from you meal. It pairs perfectly with the steak.

All the side dishes such as lobster macaroni and Brussels sprouts were very good. They went well with our main dishes.

Although we didn’t order any cocktails or whisky, but from the extensive drink menu, we could tell the restaurant has very good selections of drinks. We ended up ordering a Malbec red wine to pair with our steak. It was good.

Parking is a bit challenging on the weekend. Street parking with meters is limited. You can still find parking a couple of streets down close to the beach in a parking structure.

I was initially excited to try this restaurant, based on their rating and reviews. However, I have to be honest and say that I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Prime New York (dressed.) I opted for the truffle mashed potatos instead and it comes with broccolini and cipollini. My broccolini was served literally burnt. Not edible at all. My meal was also missing the cipollini. The steak was ok. Nothing memorable, or special about it. A good steak doesn't need any sauce, but I asked for some because it felt like it was missing something. For as much as the meal cost, I expected way better. It was not worth what I paid. So Disappointing because I really wanted to like this place. The waiter was nice and helpful though.

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are yummy and the team is efficient and cooperative.always when we visit this place we enjoy a cheerful evening.highly recommended.

Very well organised and convenient place. They serve big meals and for inexpensive rates. I liked the menu very much and the waiters were super friendly and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this spot.

This establishment has great steaks and whiskey for a good price. I truly enjoyed the food but enjoyed the drinks even more.

The food here is greaaat, you won’t be disappointed. Since Covid has set restrictions they seat everyone on the patio and it’s a lovely view. The steaks are also cut very thick, it’s important to consider when choosing a temperature.
