Steamer Lane Supply reviews
17We got 3 fresh fish tacos and a tuna salad sandwich. The tacos were amazing - you really can taste the freshness. The tuna salad sandwich was also fresh but was a bit unusual. I think it's because I've never had tuna sandwiches with cabbage before. They also weren't able to create a tuna melt, which was a bit disappointing but overall - this place felt like a hidden gem. I also loved the outdoor space where people gathered and ate.
Great affordable breakfast and fish tacos. Awesome vista of the bay, pretty good filter coffee. Will 100% be back.
Whoa! What a gem of spot right next to the ocean. Most food spots next to the beach are usually not that good since they have a "captive audience. " However, this is not so with this place. The food is great and it's a great place to go after getting your swim or surf on at the beach.
I didn't eat but I had the coffee and it was really good! Top notch! Really nice service and a laid back atmosphere.
The chai is made in house, but it's just a tea, not a chai latte, FYI. (You can add milk, but it's not steamed.) There was no discernible ginger or cardamom flavor; it mostly tastes sweet with some cinnamon and maybe other spices? The food looked good; I hope to try that next time. Great friendly service! Worth stopping in if you're walking West Cliff.
They called the completely wrong name for my order. We waited for almost 30 minutes. EVENTUALLY, the cashier saw us still waiting and said our food was ready and that they gave the wrong name and laughed as if that was a joke?
By the time we got our food it was cold, the burger soggy, the tortillas for the tacos were soaked and falling apart. This was our first time coming here and our last.
Suggestion:
1) if you can’t understand what a name is, switch to numbers for the orders.
2) offer to re-make someone’s food when you mess up or at the very least, be apologetic
Great location, right by the waters with ample seating under some trees
The wagu burger was super good and tasty (im not usually a burger person)
The fries were great
The fish tacos were just alright, will not get again
The tuna salad was just alrighty, but healthy and my kid liked it
The ice coffee was just alrighty, not worth the cost
The peanut chocolate chip cookie was just alright.
Was very excited to try this place based on the high reviews and location. The location is amazing minus people letting their screaming children run amok. However the service we received was bad, and the food subpar, being mostly rice and flavorless.
They also removed my partners bad review from Google which is why I'm adding mine.
DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS HERE.they are removing bad ones when they can.
Fantastic lunch. Everything was awesome - especially that Rock Cod Sandwich. Casual spot with elevated lunch flavors. Bonus for being a spot where kids can roam about making it easy for parents to dig in. Absolutely recommend!
I can't emphasize enough how much I love this place! Owner is very nice and food is always spot on. The pork and vegan dillas are our go to! Super fresh and delicious. I end up coming here at least once a week!
Great value and delicious meal. We ordered hot dog and kimchi-dilla. The taste is great. The home-made kimchi is not too spy, sweet, and the favor is rich. We would not regret the randoming order.
Location location location
Line to order
But it's not a horrible space
Wait for food
Worth the wait
Kind folks inside and out.
Picnic tables, benches, tree stumps and trunks
Surfers and tourists
It's over there on West cliff y'know
Parking extremely limited
Walk there. It's better for everyone.
Cool concept. The little mini oat bites are delicious. Very good service. Great fish tacos. 2 fills you up but if you're really hungry, I recommend getting 3. Pricey but very tasty and satisfying.
Great location, excellent healthy food, wonderful outdoor picnic table dining al fresco, lovely staff.
This place is all about location, right across from the ocean which was amazing. However parking is a pain as well as seating at main dining times. Food was okay, vibe was weird felt like your dining at a dirty rest stop, bathrooms reflected that.
Great Turkish coffee and cream, but the burrito was mostly rice and chicken with chipotle sauce.
A wonderful little hidden place to eat. The poke bowls are delicious and well priced. If you need something to warm you up, treat yourself to the Fire Drink. It's well worth it.
