Stefanie is very professional and makes you feel like a long time friend. She is very receptive to your wants for your designs and will give ideas how to incorporate them. She was very punctual with meetings and gave a clear timeline how long it would take. Communication is always excellent. She even helped navigate some barriers with the citys permit application process. I highly recommend her for your project.

The process of building a ADU can be very stressful. Stefanie definitely made the process a whole lot easier. Her experience, vision of my property, and understanding what I was building the ADU for really came through when designing the project. She designed my ADU in a way that uses the maximum square footage allotted that perfectly fits I’m my backyard. But what really makes her top notch, is her customer service. She not only designed the project, but she was always available to answer questions and address concerns throughout the entire process. She even guided me through the entire permitting process as well. I would definitely not hesitate to use Stefanie again for my next project.
