Team of 3 movers did our partial office move from San Diego to Vista. The guys were awesome and very respectful of our things. I will use them again when we move in to our new San Diego office.

I can not say enough about GUi and Arnaldo except they were amazing, professional, competent and friendly. I was impressed by their work ethic and attitude.

Used this company twice and I don't think I'll ever move my own stuff again. Extremely professional and more than trustworthy. I was blown away by one of the guys named Angel, young guy, seemed to be leading the whole ordeal. Dudes got a future ahead of him. He was super invested in insuring we had a good experience and spoke to me about his philosophy of togetherness and how the world could be a much better place. Your property couldn't be in better hands with Stella, Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Matthew literally went above and beyond to take care of some unfortunate details out of their control during my move. Honestly, it’s refreshing to get such great customer service.

I’ll start out by saying the Ops Manager (Matthew) was very professional and provided top notch customer service. He knew my name, had my number saved, and was always available which was greatly appreciated. BUT, I felt a bit taken advantage of in my experience. They needed to reschedule last minute which ended up being the final day of my lease, but stuff happens and it wasn’t the end of the world, they also offered a small discount (5%). The issue was the travel time to the new house. I left about 10 minutes AFTER the moving truck but still had to wait at the new house for over 30 minutes for them to arrive. I was told they stopped for gas but I was only discounted for 10 minutes of that time. Also, when the final bill came, they rang it up with a much longer travel time and I had to show them on my GPS that it was much shorter. Just these few things left a bad taste in my mouth, although, most likely just a bad one-off for them as most others seem to have had exceptional experience.

I came across Stella for a local move because of the great reviews on Yelp and Google, and I wasn't disappointed with the service I got. Coordinating things with Matthew over phone, text, and email was super easy and I liked the fact that there were redundancies across different forms of communication. And on the day of my move, the crew (D. & Alex) was at my spot right on time and they took care of everything super quickly. They took time to wrap a few of my items for extra protection (even the ones I'd already bubble-wrapped and secured with plastic wrap) and were courteous and high-spirited the entire time. I was still packing a few items to take along myself from my old place, but they didn't mind at all! It was a great experience and I had a good time getting to know a bit about each of them as we all kind of worked along. When it was time to take things to my new place, they arrived quickly and put things where I wanted them to go. Even though there was a bit of an uphill walk up my new driveway, they just carried on very efficiently. When all was said and done, I paid a VERY reasonable price (that was a deal/steal as far as I'm concerned considering the quality of the service and how my items were handled with so much care) and walked away super happy that I trusted the reviews online. I'd recommend Stella to anyone doing a move in the San Diego area, and although I don't plan to move again anytime soon - I'd use their services again in a heartbeat, especially if I could get connected with the same crew that I had the first time.

Terrible service. Over charges and then promised refund and didn’t. One mover had a terrible attitude and I was over charged $300-$330. Promised refund still nothing. It’s been over two weeks.

Stella moving is AMAZING! They packed up my place like a well-oiled machine, I couldn't help but stand there and admire their efficiency. They brought several wardrobe boxes, which meant I didn't even have to pack my clothes! They disassembled and reassembled my bed frame, wrapped the delicate with blankets to keep them safe, and before I knew it, my new place was all set up!

I would definitely recommend Alex, Rodrigo and Carvalho as your moving team. They are some of the kindest and most hard-working people you will ever meet. The loading zone at our new place was out of service, but they worked around it and were still able to finish in under 3 hours. They are great communicators too! I lived with a roommate, and they made sure to double-check before packing something they were unsure about.

Just used them to move this past weekend. Fantastic experience Alex, Rodrigo, and Junior were very fast, efficient, and careful with all of my stuff. They made sure everything was protected well. Pricing was transparent and straightforward. Would definitely recommend! They will be the first people I call when I have to move again:)

We had the best moving crew ever! Alex, Max, Angel, and Carvalioh did a ton of work moving us from Del Sur (San Diego) to Southwest Escondido. They were cordial, responsible, communicative, and just plain awesome! We had some challenging furniture/pieces for them to deal with, and our new home’s driveway is a bit insane. They handled everything like the pros they are. Honestly, they were better than I had even anticipated. If I were to ever move again (and honestly I hope I never have to), this crew is who I’d call without hesitation. Nice work guys! Really awesome! THANK YOU!

Great experience, they came in with high energy and exceeded my expectations. Took less time than I thought. Very professional, on time and communicated amazingly. I booked them a day prior because my previous plans fell through but they really came through for me. Would definitely book them again.

Gui and his team were amazing. Showed up on time, worked carefully and quickly and always with a smile. They were also conscientious enough to make sure each furniture leg had a pad on it before putting it down on the new floors. Highly recommend this crew.

The guys were super cool & very professional. They were fast, efficient, and careful with my belongings. I got an extra guy free of charge. They even gave me a ride to the storage unit & let me ride the lift gate! Shhhhhh…Don’t tell anyone. They had excellent taste in Old school hip hop was on the radio. For someone who has moved ALOT, I felt spoiled.
