Stephens and Beans Funeral homes staff are great on customer service. Definitely will recommend to family and friends

Our family had used the place before and it was a lovely place to have a service. Our family member wanted to be cremated with very little money to be spent. Those were his wishes. The staff was very Profesional and caring when picking him up and taking him to their funeral home. They let is take our time to say our goodbyes. They left us a rose on the bed for us. I appreciated that the lady texted me afterward to set everything up as I do not like to talk on the phone so our communication was through text and email. I was able to express his wishes and she made sure that they were met. She answered every question I had. He was cremated in a basic casket or in his words a Cardboard Box. He was given to us in a sturdy hard plastic box wrapped in brown paper, we did not want an urn. Everything was very professional. I appreciate the service that they do.

Nothing could prepare me for my loss however from start to finish every detail was covered. I am so grateful for Doug and the team. The toughest thing I've ever had to do in my life and I'm blessed I got to do it with Doug by myside. I went in with a loss of my son and gained a new friend and family member. Words can't express my appreciation and gratitude!

On behalf of our entire family, I would like to say that Stevens and bean took care of everything, so gracefully compassionately from the moment that they picked her mom up from the hospice care, and they kept us informed, and they were very patient with all of us. I am so proud to say that Stevens and bean funeral home has helped our family in many ways throughout the last 40 years there’s a big world of gratitude that go out to these individuals that work here and they are the most compassionate and they are willing to do anything for you there is not any pressure because it is a difficult time and they do understand that they made from the beginning when my mom passed.
