Stereo Depot El Cajon

Had a problem with a "friend" installer and took my car to guys at Stereo Depot. Edgar was great in understanding what had to be corrected and offered a great quote. When I came back once the work was completed. Edgar told me LUIS had gone the extra mile and installed my speaker with a bracket he made himself hidden under the dash and it looks completely SEAMLESS. Now that's a nice touch! WELL DONE.

A few weeks ago I bought back a stereo that was installed in my truck, it kept stopping for what ever reason, I finally got a hold of Ali who I believe is the manager and he told me to bring it back
and he would take care of it. Un be known to me he gave me a upgrade in another stereo brand. I
Appreciate him doing what he said he would do. If you’ve had a problem in the past give stereo depot another chance.

Came in just to get an estimate for a rewire for my sub, Edgar was able to knock that out and a new radio in just a couple hours, super friendly and fast service!

My husband both bought jl audio systems for our camry and tacoma.really hooked it up on pricing.am very happy with the sounds and customer service.definitely coming back!

I am posting this to warn everybody on how bad these guys are! Do not buy from them for they are over priced and wrongly doing people. My cousin went there and got financing through snap and what I did not like is that they gave my cousin the merchandise to take home and bring back day of install and that's so they can trick you into not being able to cancel with them! I warn you do not accept the equipment make them hold it and when I confronted Ali the manager he said I was making him mad and I said oh well and informed him that another store down the street offered me the same equipment for. 475.00 dollars cheaper and through snap he ask me for the name of store and I gave it to him and he told me that he was the cheapest in town and I proved him wrong and left and when I said u was calling snap to complain and return items like he said is the only way to not lose 325.00 dollars to him for canceling I said ok he rushed me at my truck and begged me not to return items and complain and gave my cousin a 475.00 dollars credit for more equipment in the future so what does that tell you he knew he got caught and wanted it hush hush. But I get on here today to let you know they have 2 stores and they are a ripoff and sneaky. Do not do business with them period! They don't even deserve 1 star but I can't remove the star.

The customer service when you arrive is great make you feel welcomed and happy and excited but once you seal the deal with them it changes it’s like it’s all fake which I don’t like at all they overcharge and they give good discounts for military but they don’t idk just a fake place to buy audio stuff from

If you can please avoid this place. Good quality equipment but they lack the customer service that makes you want to return….

Great prices! Fantastic work! They always do quick, yet thorough installs. It's the only place we go for our car alarm and sound systems. They are always very friendly and helpful.

These guys did a great install for me: Backup camera, keyless entry, and a stereo for a reasonable price. Also, I took my vehicle back multiple times with issues with the keyless entry. Stereo depot El Cajon made sure to get my truck done within a few hours with the help from their mechanics. I really appreciate the professionalism of this shop. They did such a great job detailing my car! It looks like it is brand new again-it’s so clean I wish I would have taken a before picture so I can brag about it more! It looks amazing.owner was very kind and polite, I will definitely be coming back again.
